This place is completely unprepared to host guests. After a long flight, I arrived exhausted, only to be kept waiting over an hour past check-in time in the lobby to access my room. Once I finally got in, I discovered the door lock was broken, leaving us stuck in the room until it was fixed.
The experience only got worse. There was no hot water for the first two days, and on the third day, there was no water at all for the entire day, meaning we couldn’t even shower that evening. We paid extra for a room with a private pool, but the pool was empty for our entire four-day stay. Despite this, they refused to move us to another room or offer any compensation.
The apartment itself was poorly equipped: there was no toilet paper or soap provided, the oven didn’t work, and we had to request adapters just to use the stove. There was no microwave, and construction noise from unfinished rooms filled the air from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. every day with constant banging and drilling.
I was patient and gave them time to fix these issues, but nothing was resolved during my stay. They even promised to refund one night, but later rejected Expedia’s request for the refund. This was an incredibly frustrating experience, and the management’s lack of organization and accountability made it even worse. Avoid this place at all costs.
