I was disappointed that the wifi didn't work. The man at the front desk lost his patience with me and offended me a little. He also forgot to give me back my passport when I paid before leaving. I had to go back and ask for it.

Stayed at Hotel Imperial for one night as stop over for early flight to Rome. Arrived in Turin by bus, the hotel is about a 20 minute walk from centre of Turin, wasn't too hard to find. Arrived early before check in and hotel let us leave ours bags whilst we went for a look around. Arrived back at hotel a few hours later. Check in was easy and asked them to boom a taxi for early flight next morning. Room was a decent size for 2 people. Bathroom was small but clean and shower was good and nice big bath towels. Toiletries provided shampoo and 2 small bars of soap. The heating was on in room so nice and warm and plenty of warm bedding provided. Had a lovely nights sleep. Checked out early so cannot comment on breakfast. Taxi was waiting when we left. Would recommend a stay at Hotel Imperial if you are looking for a cheap no frills hotel for a stay in Turin.Hotel is a old and a bit tired looking, but as I said before it was clean and cheap and served a purpose for out visit.

Imperial Hotel Turin
I chose this hotel to be near my friends' apartment, but even though it is a little way out of the city centre, it is still walkable. And it is consequently quieter. There are lots of small shops, authentic cafes, and ice-cream opportunities in the area. Our bed linen and towels were changed every day, the room was very clean, and while breakfast was not my favourite, it was copious. Fresh fruit began to appear half-way through the week. It's a big plus to have a garden to sit in, and the price is very reasonable indeed. The air con and external blinds meant we could get a good night's sleep. The hotel is run by a family who don't speak much English but who are very helpful if the need arises. In summary, if you are just spending a couple of nights in Turin somewhere more central would be better, but if you are staying longer and want to save some of your money for shopping and eating out, then this is a good choice.

Lors de mon arrivée après 1000 kms dans le hall d’entrée de la crotte de chien ensuite le patron ne trouve pas notre chambre, j’avais demandé un parking à l’hôtel lors de ma réservation par téléphone avec l’opérateur surprise véhicule dans la rue, l’état général de l’hôtel à revoir résultat j’ai payé mais je ne suis pas resté dans cet endroit très vieillot et sale à fuir
