This space is stylish, smart & fun the bunk room alone fits 5 PEOPLE in two "twin over twin" beds, with a pull-out trundle. Each bedroom has their own bathroom attached. In an open concept living room with a 75 inch smart tv, and the kitchen is fully stocked so your group can enjoy their time together while cooking, tailgating or watching the game. Each floor has its own balcony. The first floor porch has two rocking chairs enabling you to just sit back and enjoy the beautiful Tuscaloosa weather. The main level balcony, just off the living room/kitchen area includes two Adirondack chairs as well as a high-top and two stools to enjoy quality time with your company. Because there is no driveway on the premise, a 2 car garage provides for ample and secure parking.

There are exterior security cameras located at the front and back of the property. These devices may not be tampered with, covered, or unplugged by guests.
