Stay at the chateaux
Our stay at chateaux was amazing. The house had plenty of everything (space, blankets, towels, beds and cooking supplies). our beds were comfortable and clean with lots of pillows. The showers were hot with awesome shower heads and the views were amazing. The most important part is the hostesses Bridgette and Bianca were amazing. They were super responsive, came over prior to us checking in to make sure everything was ok and answered all of our questions. By far the best hosts we have used! Highly recommend for family trips, or small events!

Dirty Towels & Sheets - No Hot Water
We stayed at this property the night before my daughter's wedding. When we got inside we noticed dirty towels on the floor. Went to bed that night and found the beds were made without flat sheets and that the sheets didn't look clean. The spares were crammed into the linen closet. We also found lots of hair in the showers. The next day we woke up to no hot water. I checked the water tank and the pilot light was out. I immediately tried to contact the owner and received only an automated text message. I then sent them an urgent text message saying that we had a wedding to prepare for and no hot water. It has been two days now and we still have not received a phone call from the owner. Other issues with the property included dirty bedding, only 4 clean towels for the 9 of us, dirty lawn furniture and an unsafe swing set. I would not recommend this property to anyone. I don't usually add a review, but I feel that I need to warn others so that they don't have the same experience.

The property was negligent in providing necessary towels, dishwashing soap, paper towels, any type of essentials. The playground is broken. The games are broken. Serious maintenance needs to be performed on this property. bedsheets were not on the bed. And it was questionable if they had been Laundered.

Good stay. Some improvements needed.
The location, cleanliness, and ease of accessing the property were great. It is an ideal home for larger families to use while staying in Twin Falls. A couple of improvements would help. Towels and Linens are in short supply given that the house is to accommodate large numbers of people. Kitchenware to make food, serving bowls are minimal. Some of the beds are a firmer memory foam along; the pillows are very firm in some of the rooms. This house fit our needs though. Location, ease of access, good neighborhood (close to canyon). I would recommend this place to use for those looking for a home to accommodate large numbers.

Great neighborhood.
We stayed one night on our way to Oregon and one night on our way back to break our travel into two days. The house was accommodating however we had a few issues with cleanliness for example the couch in the theater room was filthy. Had popcorn and food underneath the cushions and was stained really bad. I never received a text with check-in instructions with code for the lock. It took me over a half hour to figure out how to contact guest services to get the information. Other than those two issues the stay was good. I loved the location.

Family time
Our family got together for a wonderful three nights 4 day adventure in Twin Falls. The neighborhood is wonderful and close to everything. We saw a beautiful sunrise from the Rim walking path! The house is newer and the furniture is not really comfortable but did the trick. The only thing we felt like it could use was more cooking/baking ware and better lighting. Otherwise we give our stay 5 stars. Thank you for all of the great communication!

Wonderful overnight stay
We only stayed one night for our quick trip to Twin Falls. The house was beautiful, very clean and overall super satisfied! Definitely top 10 rental!! Owner was really nice and answered questions promptly!
