*** Video surveillance covers the exterior and locked owner closets for everyone’s peace of mind.
*** Supervise small children in the backyard, as it slopes toward the busier road. Safety is our priority.

*** Quiet hours: 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
*** No smoking of tobacco or marijuana indoors (including pool room). A 1,000-fee applies if smart smoke detectors detect this type of smoke. Smoking is permitted outdoors only
*** Pets allowed (up to 2 dogs). Pet owners are responsible for any damages
*** Respect the community: follow local guidelines and ordinances
*** No parties with excessive intoxication, loud noise, or extra guests beyond max occupancy. Indoor noise monitors and outdoor cameras help maintain safety and comfort
*** Provide accurate guest counts when booking
*** No fireworks (city ordinance)
*** Be considerate of neighbors on three sides; the local police department monitors noise complaints, so let’s all work together to keep it peaceful
