Sea View 3 on suuri 1 makuuhuone, 1 kylpy-huoneisto erinomaisella paikalla! Nauti paljon enemmän tilaa levittää 900 neliöjalkaa asuintilaa. Sijaitsee historiallisessa Tybeen rakennuksessa, josta on näkymät merelle jaettu kalustettu veranta. Sijaitsee vain 4 taloa takaisin rannalta ja 2 korttelin päässä ravintoloista, kaupoista, yöelämästä ja nähtävyyksistä, kuten Tybee Pier ja Marine Science Center.

Olohuoneessa on queen-vuodesohva, 32-tuumainen taulu-tv satelliittikanavilla ja iPod-telakka, jossa on CD ja radio. Keittiö on täysin varustettu ja siellä on pöytäistuin 4. Makuuhuone sijaitsee keittiön ulkopuolella, ja siinä on queen-vuode ja Twin Daybed, jossa on vyöryä ja 19-tuumainen taulu-tv. Liitteenä olevaan kylpyyn kuuluu seisova suihku. Käytettävissäsi on myös langaton internetyhteys.

Tämä historiallinen merinäköalahuoneisto rakennettiin alun perin vuonna 1924 ja on lueteltu historiallisten paikkojen kansallisessa rekisterissä. Kukin yksikkö sisältä�� yhteisten mukavuuksien käytön, joihin kuuluu: Kaksi suurta kalustettua kuistia, joissa vieraat voivat nauttia merituulista. Ylimmän tason kuistilla on kaunis merinäköala. Fun at Tybee
This was a great cozy place for my friend and I. It was a block from the beach and 2 blocks from all the great restaurants in the area. The place was quiet and quaint. Will definitely stay there again for my next visit to Tybee.

This rental property is exactly like the pictures. Very clean and comfortable. The location to the beach couldn’t have been better! We parked our car and never needed it again the whole visit. Easy walk to pier, beach, restaurants. Would come again!

This is an older property with good upgrades. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. Bath area has also been upgraded but needs a little more like safety grab bar for shower. Floors are good but not all level throughout unit. Busy street in the summer months but short walk to the beach and several restaurants.

Perfect Location
The property is very clean and decorated nicely. We parked our vehicle when we arrived and didn’t have to drive anywhere until it was time to leave. We were able to walk to most restaurants on the island and to the pier. The beach access is a short walk and although it was a holiday weekend, we had plenty of room on the beach to play. We will stay here again!

Great stay! Loved the location/proximity to the beach! Super easy checkin and checkout. Only complaints are you have to walk all the way through the master to get to the bathrooms & the master tv is bad quality.

Very Nice Straightforward Property
A very nice place to come back to after exploring Savannah all day. Clean rooms clean bathroom, and on-site parking. Very good communication from the property manager before and throughout the stay.

Check the bathroom...
This would be a 5 star review...if the added toilet room/shower was better. Great location, clean apartment(not a condo), attached parking, good shared laundry room and porch. As someone that travels a few times a year, the shower is something that can make or break the stay. This wasn't a deal breaker, but kept the stay from being a 5 star. Outstanding communication and great people to deal with. Tybee vacation rentals were good people

It was OK....
Some might like this house. Good location, very close to the beach with off street parking in a location where parking is hard to find. The cabinets kept opening and often hit me in the head. The ice maker did not work. The shower had mold between tiles and the drain cover came off with each shower. You could hear the person above walking around and snoring. There were only 4 wine glasses, and each one was different. The price was reasonable, and these were some of the reasons why.

A little more well used than it seems in pictures. Showering is like being in a cavern. AC wasn't checked to make sure it was working before we got there so we came into an 80 degree house. Fortunately repair was done within a couple hours. But was still annoying considered you don't get to check in until after 4pm. Was nice it is 4 houses from beach entrance and walking distance to pier and some restaurants.

Family Stay at Tybee Island
We enjoyed the location of the apartment as it was only a few houses from the beach and 1 to 2 blocks from restaurants and shops. The apartment was clean and accommodated our family well. If I had to mention a con, it would be the number of HUGE flies that kept getting in the cottage. The owners may want to do some additional spraying around the cottage to accommodate the beach flies. Lastly, some repairs need to be made in the shower. The drain was loose and the towel rack was too however, keep in mind that these are easy fixes and did not take away from the quality of our stay. We had a great time and enjoyed our stay.

Girls Trip

Coastal Soul Cottage
We absolutely loved this home. It was perfect size for us. The fenced back yard was perfect for our dog. We really enjoyed our stay here. Much much better than a previous visit at another rental. The master bed was very comfortable. House was very clean and was decorated so cute. Would definitely recommend and will likely rent this home again in the future!

Everything was wonderful. One small thing, I truly wish at a non smoking building that the very large sand filled ash tray on the porch in front of our door had been cleaned. The sand was full of smelly cigarette butts.

Loved the location of the home , only a short walk to the beach and shopping . The character of the 100 year old home was lovely . Uneven floors and all . My favorite part was the porches and rocking chairs , definelty felt like home ❤️
