About this space
Come relax, soak up some sun, swim in the pool, and just get away from the hustle and bustle. We are at the North end of Tybee close to the lighthouse and some awesome restaurants like North Beach Grill and Hucapoos. Our home is furnished with everything you could want. Including a crockpot and a blender. The condo has a pool that is open year-round but is not heated. We have tennis courts and pickle ball so bring your racquets. Relax on our porch with a cup of coffee or glass of wine and watch the sunset.
The space
Our condo has a master suite with a queen size bed connecting the bathroom and a bunk bed in the hall across from the master. We also have a couch that transforms into a full-size bed. Fully stocked kitchen including blender and crock pot and family room with large tv. Set on the balcony to a beautiful view.
Guest access
Our condo has a nice family pool with small children's end. It is open year-round but is not heated. Walk straight onto the beach from the dock. The dock is a stair case to the beach. Outside shower available.
Other things to note
Please check your cancelation policy. We recommend travel insurance. We are on an island, and the weather can change, but we adhere to our cancelation policy.

There are no dogs allowed on the beach or at the condo. no parties, no glass on the beach, no smoking on the beach, or in condo. Please obey all pool and beach rules. also each unit gets 1 space for parking. Thank you

Amazing getaway!
The room was fantastic! The beds were comfortable, even the pull out couch. Everything was clean and well stocked with necessities and appliances. The bathroom was very upscale looking. Walking distance to beach and popular restaurants was a huge plus. Will definitely be staying again!

Quaint beach front property
The property is older but well kept and decorated. There were many other units being rented out in the building while we were there- fisherman, families, and some very loud drunk parties. Friday night was the worst. This unit is on the third floor, and we found no advertised elevator, please consider this if you have a lot of luggage/ small children/ disabilities. The check in process is a little bit complicated- pull in, get out, put a code in a box to get a gate key, scan the key to get in, go up three floors, put in a code to the left of the door, find nothing happens, try a few times to get one of the codes to work on the front door, finally get in. There is wifi connected to the tv but no access code/ password to log in with any other device. Hot water and ac work very well. There is a no refund policy on this property so make sure you plan around hurricanes, etc. The location is right on north beach. You can walk from the unit to the beach and we did several times. It's a smaller beach area compared to tybee beach but it's more private. THE STOVE EMITS SMOKE WHEN YOU TURN IT ON AND THERE'S NO VENT FOR IT. BE PREPARED IF YOU'RE GOING TO COOK! WE WEREN'T! We brought our own pot and pan- the ones in the unit are nicer but very well worn and scratched up. Also no dishwasher. Overall for the location, dates and price this place was pretty nice. VERY small but it works for a weekend.

Great condo in quieter North Beach
Condo is in a perfect spot if you want a relaxed environment compared to the popular area by the pier. It's on the beach, has a pool, and is right behind Hucapoos.

The unit we stayed in was clean and was easy to walk to the pool or beach. One thing we would have liked is a few more hooks to hang bathroom towels. We had a great stay, enjoyed the location, and would recommend to others.

Perfect mother/daughter get away
My daughter and I took a quick girls getaway to Tybee over Spring Break and this was a perfect spot for us :) We easily drove to the lighthouse, fort, and nature center then enjoyed peaceful, quiet walks on the beach in front of the condo. I enjoyed watching the large container ships come in while drinking my coffee on the balcony in the mornings and it was nice to relax with take out from close by Crab Shack (the shrimp and crab dip is ahhhmazing) and watch a movie after a fun filled busy day. Owner was super sweet when we called a few hours after check out to get back in due to pillows left behind. Would definitely return.
