Cleanest rental in Tyler!
We REALLY enjoyed our stay at this property. It was the cleanest rental from any other rental company in Tyler that we have stayed at. Property owners were very responsive. We will definitely stay here again.

Very nice house in a newer neighborhood on a dead-end street. The location is very quiet. House was extremely clean and comfortable. Only request upon checkout was to carry out trash. Highly recommend.

Very nice place, clean and fairly new construction. Maser has 2 doubles so we stayed in a regular room to have a king bed. Might have been a bit of an issue if more than just 2 of us staying, but it all worked out fine! Will try to rent again next time in town.

Communication was great before and during the stay. The location is close to where we needed to be around town. We live in Tyler but stayed here while having work done on our house. The owners even tried to help us find another place after our house was delayed being finished.

Trade day weekend
Rented this place for the canton trade day weekend. The house was a great size for our family ( 8 adults) . Only a little drive from Tyler to canton , nothing to bad. The house was fully equipped and so clean! In the perfect location for all you needs , grocery stores, restaurants! Property manager was great and was there for any questions we had! Would highly recommend this property!
