Amazing hotel with attentive staff

Private pool, 2x daily housekeeping, free afternoon tea. A tranquil oasis in the hubbub of Ubud. Walking distance to the monkey forest, Palace and Market. Not the cheapest option but must be the best. Would loved to have stayed longer

Amazing Hotel with Fabulous Staff

Pros: Everything. The Staff were wonderful, the food was excellent, the villa was outstanding, the hotel grounds were lovely, and the massages were great!
From the moment we arrived at the hotel, the staff were friendly, attentive, and extremely helpful. We were taken straight to our villa through the peaceful green surroundings where the paperwork was completed and our cases were delivered. Shortly thereafter, afternoon tea was delivered to us with iced tea and local delicacies which topped off a wonderful greeting. The view from the villa looked over the private pool to a nearby rice terrace with nobody else in sight. We were set far enough back from the main road in Ubud that we heard no disturbances from the busy traffic. We enjoyed afternoon tea every day, with each day bringing a different selection of tasty treats. Breakfast was a great selection of foods with the marvellous Indonesian staple of Nasi Goreng and Mie Goreng being proudly available. Throughout the stay, the staff were wonderful doing everything from taking our postcards to the post office for us to arranging transport and even driving us to the airport themselves. The room was cleaned twice per day and was in excellent condition! We plan to go back to Bali next year, and if we end up staying in Ubud, we'll almost certainly stay at KajaNe again!

Great hotel central location

The hotel was perfect for our stay in Ubud. Moments from Monkey Forest, shops, bars, restaurants. Hotel provides free transport (drop off and pick up) around central Ubud - we used this service quite a lot to get to Yoga Barn in the evenings. We had dinner in the restaurant a couple of times (good food/service) however there are lots of great places to eat and drink around Ubud and all within walking distance from hotel. There is a live music venue across the road so some may find the music gets loud between 9pm -1pm, it didn't bother us but can interrupt your dinner, would suggest early supper.
