"This holiday home is a typical Istrian house from 1920 and has been beautifully restored. The holiday home is quietly located in the small town of Juricani, next to the holiday home Casa Peronospora. The sea and the town of Umag are about 7 km away. Umag has everything to offer for a versatile holiday.


The house is fully equipped and has a garden with a private pool and a cozy covered terrace with a barbecue. On the ground floor you will find a living room with a seating area and a dining table, a kitchen and a bathroom. There are one bedroom and bathroom on the first floor.


A ten minute walk from the house you will find small shops where local farmers sell their traditional products such as wine, olive oil, bread, fresh vegetables and fruit.
