The staff is friendly & helpful. we were invited to a Christmas dinner provided for all guests and their staff! Amazing to be treated so well, something you don't experience anymore. I highly recommend this hotel.

My family needed a place to stay for a couple of nights while we were visiting nearby family. We caught a cold film the visit and our stay at Iron Creek turned into a recoup day. My wife was a breastfeeding mother and fighting a sore throat when she came out for breakfast, so she looked rundown. The staff noticed, asked after her, and then went completely out of their way to care for us - I forget all the little ways they provide care. On top of that, Jessica greeted us at breakfast the next day before we left with a gift bag for my wife and the 2 kids (both kids had birthdays that month). Though the hotel itself is pretty basic, the staff is what made our stay there memorable. Would absolutely stay here again!

Fabulous hotel, newly built. A little out of the town of Upton but a wonderful stay. Really comfortable bed, lovely large room, breakfast was a bonus. Staff all friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend.

Very clean and comfortable!
This is brand new hotel in a cute little town. The beds are very comfortable and the breakfast was delicious! This hotel does not have an elevator. If you have any issues with stairs it’s probably best to request a room on the first floor.
