Aldigi paranim hakkini vermiyor

urla genelinde en pahali konaklama hizmetini veren bir tesis olarak kesinlikle aldığı yuksek paranin hakkini vermiyor. Bugüne kadar konakladigimiz en küçük odalar bu tesiste. Odanin icinde neredeyse yuruyecek alan yok, yatak odaya zorla sigdirilmaya çalışıldığı icin en küçük boy. Ayaklarimiz yatağa sigmadi. Gece 12ye kadar bangir bangır karadeniz müzik sesinden odada uyumana imkan yok. Odada tuvalet kagidi yoktu. Bunun yaninda personel guleryuzlü, kahvaltı güzel

WONDERFUL HOTEL!

It was one of the best hotels that me and my wife stayed in our life and we traveled all around the world. Authentic design, one step to nature, living with animals in peaceful environment, nice and polite workers, clean, wonderful breakfast and not far from touristic areas of Izmır. Our dog also was very satisfied with plenty of grass for walking at the territory of this pet-friendly hotel.

Mükemmel bir tesis, muhteşem kahvaltı sunumu, müzik, bahçe harikulade. Bizi tek hayal kırıklığına uğratan olay ilk geldiğimiz gün yerleştirildiğimiz odanın özenli temizliği yapılmamış, çarşaflar ve tuvaletin hijyenik teslim edilmemesi oldu. Daha da üzücü yanı görevli personellerin özür dileyeceği yerde kabul edilemeyecek kabalıkta tepkileri idi. Daha fazla detaya girmeyip, böyle kaliteli ve beğeni oranı yüksek olan güzide bir tesiste yaşananların münferit olmasını dilerim.

Oda çok küçüktü, bölgede elektrikler gittiğinde devreye girecek bir jeneratörde mevcut değildi, banyo aynı oda gibi çok küçüktü ve sabın koymayı dahi unutmuşlardı. Kahvaltı vasatın altında idi, garsonlar ilgisiz talep etmediğinizde yan masada mevcut standart kahvaltıda olan şeyleri dahi getimediler. Bir sürü iyi yorum okuyup gittik, hiç beğenmedik, konum olarakta arabanız yoksa hareket kabiliyetiniz çok sınırlı. Son bir eleştri otele girmek için de çıkmak içinde zile basıp dakikalarca bekliyorsunuz. Otelin içinde resepsiyonda düzenli olarak duran birisi be yazık ki yok. Ya bize çok kötü denk geldi ya da iyi eleştireler üzerine standartını bozmuş. Biz birdaha tercih etmeyiz.
