Very lovely and cozy place. Beautiful view from the room that also has a nice terrace. Great staff and owner, everybody happy to help you and super kind. Perfect location with restaurants and beach nearby. Great breakfast and delicious drinks. We loved the place and definitely advice you come here for your stay :)

Konum harika, otelin genel durumu çok çok iyi. Çalışan herkes inanılmaz güleryüzlü ve ilgili, hiçbir isteğimiz geri çevrilmedi ve hızlıca yardımcı olundu, odaya kahvaltı servisi dahi 10 dakikaya hazırdı. Bir daha Urla’ya gelirsem hiç tereddütsüz yine burayı tercih ederim.

Urlaya gidince tekrar gidilecek otel
Temizlik konusunda eksik yoktu, odadaki eşyalar güzel, akıllı TV güzel, duş tasarımı güzel, odada Nespresso makinesi var beni benden aldı. Biz arka odada kalmıştık, tek sıkıntısı balkon yapılabilecek bir teras var ama yapılmamış. Balkonu 1 ayaklık yer. Sabah kahvaltısı serpme geliyor o da çok güzeldi. Çalışanları güleryüzlü, sahibi anlayışlı ve yardımsever. Alt katında otelin kafesi işletiliyor. Kahveleri fena değil.

Kafenin üstünde bir otel. Herkes çok cana yakın. Tüm ihtiyaçlarınıza yardımcı olmaya çalışıyorlar. Deniz manzaralı odalar harika.

Odaların tasarımı çok güzeldi. Odalar gayet temizdi, otel çalışanları da bir o kadar kibar ve ilgiliydi. Her şey fotoğraflarda gözüktüğü gibiydi. Herhangi bir sürprizle karşılaşmadık. Tek eksik otelin otoparkının olmaması ancak 2-3 dk yürüme mesafesinde aracınızı park edebileceğiniz yerler var.

Odanın temizliği, dizaynı, kahvaltının güzelliği, güler yüzlü nazik çalışanları ile Dönmez otel fotoğraf ve yorumlarda gördüğümüzden bambaşka tecrübeler ile karşılaşmaya alışmış bizlere güzel bir sürpriz yaşattı. Rezervasyonu yapar parayı da peşin alır yoluma bakarım işletmeciliğinden çok uzak bakış açısı ve müşteriye verdiği değer ile kızım ve beni kendilerine hayran bıraktılar. Böyle işletmeler olduğunu görmek mutluluk verici umarım diğer işletmelere de örnek olurlar. Alttaki Daff cafe de sadece otel müşterileri değil bulunduğu bölge sakinleri ve diğer turistler tarafından da tercih edilen lezzetleri ve ambiyansı ile uğrak bir nokta. Urla’ya yolu düşenlerin mutlaka konaklaması gereken bir yer.

Eşim Çocuğum ile konaklamak için 3 gece rezervasyon yaptırdım. Otele gittiğimde çocuk rezervasyonunun gözükmediğini söylediler. Bu sebeple yatacağı yatağı oda da yoktu. Ancak ilgili ve alakalı davranarak kısa bir sürede hallettiler. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü. Kahvaltısı lezzetli. Konum olarak da güzel bir yerde.
