"Sijainti hyvä, koska oli puistosaaressa. Siisteys myös hyvä, paitsi siistijalta unohtuu kokoajan täydennykset(esim suihkusaippua, pyyhkeet, tai kasvopaperi). Huoneen katto oli ihanan korkea ja tuntui ilmavalle, Delux huone reilu. Sängyt voisivat olla parempia, sänkyn laitalta liikkui aina lattialle, kun se antaa liikaa myöten. Ilmastointi toimii hyvin.
Aamiainen on tosi tylsää, ei vaihtuva ja mauton. Ja tavaroiden järjestys on sekavaa ja epälooginen. Siellä missä on puuro, ei ole lusikoita ja välillä puuttui syvät lautasetkin. Kalat sijoitettu kauas ja niiden edessä olevat syötävät ovat sitten täynnä kala palasia. Uudet tarjoilijat opetetaan heikosti, käsketään vain mahdollisimman nopeasti hakea käytetyt astiat pois niinpä kärkkyvät häirisevästi ja melkein "hengitävät niskaan". Ruokailupöytien kattaus on kaunis ja siisti.
Kylpylä alue on siisti, siitä suuri plussa. Mutta kun olimme kaksi kuukautta sitten, niin se Thermal altaan vesi tuntui silloin erilaiselle. Tällä kertaa minusta siinä oli vain lämmitettua tavallista vettä. Ja luulen myös että se ei ollut oikeata Thermal vettä. "
