ABSOLUTELY PERFECT

We booked this place for 13 women on a girls weekend and WOW it was absolutely perfect! The host Juan had wonderful communication with me via WhatsApp. There are plenty of beds and everything was clean and presentable (the showers were lovely and big too!)The garden area was perfect for all of us to hang out, swim, sunbathe - the garden gets full sunshine all day long and has TOTAL privacy, nobody can see in from neighbours which is a bonus. 1 minute walk from the beach and promenade full of restaurants and amazing vibes. We will definitely book this place again! The only issue was trying to get taxis from the area into Valencia centre on one of the evenings, maybe it was just the time of day, but we eventually managed and some of us got the bus. I will recommend this villa to EVERYONE!

Casa Josephine

This Casa was large enough to accommodate 9 people comfortably. The pool and outdoor area was clean and gave our 1 year old child room to play. The Casa is located a short walk from the sea and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay here.

Wonderful!

We stayed in your beautiful property to celebrate a milestone birthday and we had such a wonderful time! The location is perfect, minutes from the beach, frequent buses into the centre of Valencia from a stop very nearby. Lots of local restaurants and supermarket around the corner. Villa has everything we wanted and more and the swimming pool was a big hit, not to mention the pink flamingo who featured in many of our photos! Juan and Isabel your communication and kindest were amazing. Thank you!

The property is in a brilliant location. A few minutes to a fantastic beach and easy to get into the centre of Valencia by cab or metro. We stayed for a month this summer and thoroughly enjoyed it!

8 mature ladies on tour!

Wonderful! We all loved our stay here, the location is perfect as we all enjoy being close to the sea. Supermarket and bus stop to the centre very close too. Juan was lovely and very helpful. We recommend Villa Josefina!

Fabulous position

We were 4 adults and with a 6 and 11 month old. We’ll equipped with cots and high chairs. Short 2 minute walk to beach and promenade. Mid august-Too hot for daytime at the beach so soooo grateful for the pool. In it all day. Good size, not too deep for the 6 yr old-graduated steps so could sit on steps with the baby. Quiet. Great supermarket 2 minute walk with bus stop & great service into city close by. No need for a car. Very private, not overlooked, quiet.

Great location,

Lovely hosts. Juan and Isabel were most accommodating. Very near beach and restaurants and playgrounds. Very close to Mercadona supermarket. Pharmacy around the corner. Bus service just meters away.Private pool was key feature for kids. We will return if the opportunity presents itself.

First visit to Valencia

Lovely property, as advertised and pictured in listing. Very private, front courtyard kept street noise down. Well equipped kitchen for cooking. Pool is perfect for hot June days. Lots of closet space and numerous beds available. The neighborhood is very authentic and not touristy. We felt safe walking at night around the neighborhood and even more so in the city. Super easy to walk, get a cab or Uber, catch bus or metro. We did it all with ease from this location. It took us about 20-25 minutes to take bus into city center. Use the app on your phone to buy tickets easily. Many small grocery stores and cafes nearly. The beach is just across the street, but go early to secure a chair rental as it is very crowded in summer. Lovely restaurants and bars directly on the beach. Many stores close early and closed on Sunday nearby. Tiny inconveniences- lots of ants seeking moisture inside as it was hot and dry. Only a few small towels available, so we purchased 5 extra beach towels to use. Brief air conditioning issue that was quickly addressed by the owner. Owner and his family are very responsive and friendly. Communication by What’s App was very quick. Highly recommend this house for a family seeking a tranquil vacation.

Excellent beach stay property. 9 adults so we utilised all 4 bedrooms plus the double bed in the attic. Easy to get to & close to beach plus all amenities. Juan was an excellent host. Pool is a good size. We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay.

Fantastic holiday villa

Excellent location for our stay, near beach and metro. Juan and Isobel were very kind and helpful and even booked our special meal at a lovely tapas restaurant. All 8 of us would definitely recommend this holiday property!

Fabulous property in a great location

A great base close to the beach with good transport links to the city centre. We walked to the city a couple of times, choosing the longer route along the front and then up the old river bed, which takes in plenty of sites along the way. The property was clean, with a well equipped kitchen, plenty of seating both internally and externally. Communication with Juan & Isobel was easy and they were very helpful and accommodating, we felt very welcome. I would not hesitate to recommend.

Fantastic villa close to the beach

Loves this place! The pool is so relaxing. Very close to the beach and a cool area back from the beach with little cafes, bars and tapas restaurants. Aircon downstairs and in the loft is crucial. Seemless and friendly communication. 10/10!

The House was Perfect for our extended family

The home was very spacious, comfortable and very well equipped. Juan was very easy to work with and was full of suggestions for us. While there we enjoyed the beach as well as the city center and Oceanographic museum. There are a variety of transportation options and the city is easy to walk being very flat.

Fantastic stay

We enjoyed a wonderful week at Juan and Isabel's Villa Josefina. A fantastic location, just steps from the beach and also from supermarkets, restaurants and bars. Very easy check in and checkout process, the house is even nicer than in the photos. My only suggestion would be to get a few sharp knives in the kitchen :)

Amazing house and location

I have stayed here for one week with a big group of friends and it was one of my best stays. The house was in perfect condition, very clean & the pool (with newly installed pool lights) was great to have. Juan was the perfect host and arranged everything we needed for our big group such as extra beds and clean towels. Moreover, we could always contact him when we had any questions during our stay. In addition, the location of Villa Josefina could not have been better if you are looking for a relaxed vacation with spending a lot of time at the beach. The beach is only a 2 minute walk away. Overall, we had a really good stay and we would definitively go back to this lovely villa!

A lovely villa in a beautiful area

A group of 9 stayed for 5 nights. The villa is lovely and there was more than enough room for everyone. There are walls around the whole villa which is great as it gives you your own private space. The pool was brilliant and much bigger than it looks in the pictures. It’s so close to the beach where there are loads of bars and restaurants. It’s also very close to a large supermarket! Perfect place in a perfect area. We are are already planning on returning next year. Thank you, Juan.

Nice villa, close to the beach!

The house was more beautiful than the pictures showed! However, there can be some improvements made: the wifi connection is very slow, especially traveling with 11 instagramming girl! Also the room downstairs smelled like the previous renter. Despite this, we had an amazing time in Valencia, which is a beautiful city. The location of the villa is perfect, right at the beach, and the pool is lovely!
