Ca La pasita is a traditional house in the Vall de Gallinera, with a very old floor but adapted to current comforts without losing its rustic charm and respecting its original structure.

This is a Valencian family house located in the old town of Benialí, a quiet town located in a valley between cherry trees, olive trees, holm oaks and ancient carob trees, 15 km from the sea, in the Marina Alta.

It retains all the flavor of the old Valencian houses in the area: Backyard, mobila wood, thick walls, old cupboards and also the old furniture and objects of the house that have been restored.

The house with a floor of 240 m2, of which 70 form the backyard consists of three floors that together exceed 500 m2.

On the ground floor the spacious and bright entrance gives access to a dining room with an old fireplace stove. The living room has a basic movistar TV, stereo, dvd, 100mb linear internet, wifi,

The integrated dining room has an extendable table for eight people and from it you can access a distributor that gives way to the kitchen, the patio and the bathroom.

The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, hob and toaster, as well as necessary service utensils. The table is also extendable to serve eight people. From it you can enjoy the views of the courtyard and the mountains. The provision of utensils, pots, plates, coffee maker and other utensils allows to meet the needs widely. In winter the house is very comfortable thanks to its walls.

From the kitchen you access the patio, fully open to the mountain, a privileged balcony overlooking the valley that can be seen with all its breadth, and at the same time keeps the necessary privacy, with outdoor furniture and hammocks where you can enjoy the sunset or breakfast listening to your music through the bluetooth-controlled outdoor sound system.
On one wing of the patio is the barbecue-paellero with more than three meters that allows even preparing more than one paella.

The ground floor also has a bathroom with an accessible shower. Also on this floor we find a double room with two 1.20 beds and views of the patio from its window. A very cool room in summer with dry stone walls of 70cm and very comfortable in winter.

On the first floor there are three rooms which are accessed from a large distributor.

The two rooms with double beds are on this floor, both facing the backyard and the mountain. From its windows you can see the valley and the fields of olive and cherry trees, they also have both a closet, air conditioning and radiators, and both have an interior bathroom, with an easily accessible shower, hairdryer.

The third room, also on the first floor, faces the street from its balcony, with two 1m beds that can be joined to form a single dm 2m * 2m. Baix street in the old town is very quiet at 20m from the church square.

From the distributor of the first floor you access l'andana, the largest room with more than 60 m2, the attic roof and excellent direct views of the Vall, both from the inside and from the side terrace that has 25 m2, with garden furniture and sunbeds for sunbathing or enjoying the night.
Also in the Andalusia you will find a wide assortment of games for both adults and children: Letters, chess, party, scrable, trivial, knex, dollhouse ... and a small library in addition to TV, DVD, stereo, etc.

The house is ideal for a weekend walking through the streets of the eight villages of the Vall, for hiking or simply to disconnect with your partner, your friends or with your family.

In the house you will find all the necessary household clothes (sheets, towels, down comforters, tablecloths, etc).
During your stay at this holiday home, you'll be close to Penya de la Foradada. Features include an outdoor pool. The holiday home includes amenities such as a private pool and a kitchen.
