Perfect location for sightseeing and dining. Very friendly staff. Service hit and miss - ok you’re easy going but might be annoying if you are on a schedule or particular about getting your coffee in the morning !

When we initially checked in we were given room 103. Terrible room. Not recommended. After we complained, we were given room 503. Much better, but I think that there are better options for the same price and location as this hotel.

We had an excellent stay. The rooms were nice and large. The service was amazing, shoutout to the young man at the desk. We also had an incredible breakfast on the rooftop every day, which was included in the stay.

In the heart of old Valletta. Charming, great views from the rooftop seating area. Breakfast can be in the morning room, your hotel room, or served on the rooftop. Gita at the front desk is wonderful! She is so friendly and informative. Many dining options within 2-3 blocks, walking distance to many historical/cultural sites including St. John Co-Cathedral. A great stay!

Spa suite room is laid out very oddly for comfortable stay. Nice staff though and decent breakfast. Excellent rooftop dining experience at Sam’s Supper Club summer residence. Great location in Valletta.

Our room was clean, well appointed and had a nice view of the grand harbour. The location is quiet enough but also within a 5 to 10 minute walk of anything you could want. The staff were all wonderful and took the time to make sure their guests were getting the information they required. When I reported an issue with the room to the management team after our first night they were genuinely concerned and had a maintenance team in that afternoon to rectify the issue. The rooftop patio boasts stunning views of Valletta and was a great place to have a bottle of wine. So why only four stars? The breakfast was sparse for a four star hotel - limited option and repeated each day. But the bigger issue was the hot water. We were told that it can take 7 or 8 minutes of running the water to get hot water up to the 5th floor and that they were telling the truth. You would have to run the water at least that long to get it hot, which we did not love - it felt very wasteful.
