Front desk staff was lovely, room was clean and spacious, they had coffee/tea at reception and in the room. We couldn't catch the shuttle because we landed late (last shuttle at 10:45pm from airport?) But they reimbursed the $25 taxi flat rate. Overall great experience to rest before continuing our journey!

Full of fleas!
We have stayed at this hotel many times and all has been good. This was the first time we have brought our little dog and stayed in one of your pet friendly rooms. WE STAYED IN ROOM #107 AND THIS ROOM WAS FULL OF FLEAS!!! I am nothing but absolutely appalled that this happened and that our lettle dog may end up being infected as a result of this hotel's management!! We are scheduled to stay there on our return on March 29th. I am at an absolute loss now as to what to do and I will be seeking a full refund of my stay.

Cleanliness, I found the room to be very clean but stepped on a few pebbles and dust bunnies. Soap dispenser was dirty underneath. Check-in staff were awesome. The refunded my cab fare from the airport and assigned a room close to shuttle pick up zone to accommodate my cane and leg cast. Property conditions were good. Around the property was noisy but there's McDonald's and Fogg and Suds pub across the street. Drivers have to circle ramps to enter hotel off highway. My review is not a 5 star because I was charged for 3 days of parking, for a one night stay because my flight was canceled. I did not approve this charge nor was it mentioned at the time of check-in. I used my credit card for $1.14 towards a deposit to verify the card. Also, I left a good Apple charger in my room and I haven't received a phone call or a package in the mail returning it.

The Accent Inn was a very modern , clean and comfortable place to stay. Loved the 'little ducks', The staff were friendly and helpful'. The coffee ...well so, so however.Maybe hot chocolate would be a better option.

Great comfortable room
We stayed here on the way back to the Island. Honestly, we were pleasantly surprised by how modern and comfortable the room was. It had everything we needed.

When we arrived there was a couple at the desk arguing with the front desk clerk. She never acknowledged that there were 6 of us in line waiting. Could have said "I will be with you shortly". Another girl came in and did not know how to work the debit machine. Told me my account was declined. I asked for the receipt and she said she threw it out. I said you need to find it in the garbage. she finally did. You have to return all receipts to clients.
