Well stocked home away from home
This property was ideal for our family to have a quiet celebration of the festive season. Very comfortable and modern and with every convenience supplied. The location was within walking distance of grocery stores and the SkyTrain station. Did not have to resort to using our car and made use of ride share and food deliveries services.

Absolutely recommend
Daniel was a wonderful host. He met us when we arrived. The 2 floor cottage is immaculately clean and very well stocked with kitchen items, bathroom sundries and washer / dryer with soap available. Daniel thought of every way to make the stay comfortable. There were water bottles and chocolates waiting for us which was so welcome after a long trip. Location is ideal- about 20 m from airport. Beds are slightly soft but still very comfortable. Sofa pulls out into double bed. Parking for one car was available inside yard. Just a very pleasant stay. Would highly recommend

Clean and cozy guest house in nice and quiet neighborhood
The owner Daniel was very attentive and made us feel welcome during the stay. The rental place was very nice and clean with all new appliances. The neighborhood was quiet with secured gate parking and EV charger which is a plus. We would rent this place again if we visit Vancouver, BC in the future.

Exceptional
We stayed in the house for a couple of days during our holiday trip to Vancouver. It is very clean, thoughtfully organized with all amenities and in a safe neighborhood. Daniel is an exceptional host and we appreciate his thoughtful gestures thru our stay. We had left our phone charger when we left and he texted me immediately when he found it. His communication and friendliness were top notch. We had a large car and parked on the street and it was perfectly safe and free. Easy drive to the sights in the city. Thank you Daniel for the wonderful memories !

We were a group of 3 making a girls trip. Daniel was an excellent host who responded very quickly to questions. He left chocolates and a handwritten note to welcome us. The property was clean and was well equipped. The reserved parking spot is a bit narrow for a larger car but plenty of on street parking. We would stay here again.

Cleanliness is very important to us...this property was A+! It was also conveniently located between the areas we were visiting...Richmond and the downtown Vancouver area...so it was within easy access to all the freeways. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice Vacation Rental
Daniel communicated promptly with us before our arrival and made us feel welcome in his rental home. He even left us a lovely note upon our arrival. The house was an immaculate two-story two bedroom with two full baths, which was well stocked. Despite being near a busy street, the neighborhood was extremely quiet, and the main house on the property was also quiet. We never heard or saw anyone else during our visit. We were also provided a private gated parking spot, which was much appreciated. I recommend this VRBO house if you plan on staying in Vancouver.

Totally Reliable and Exceeded Expectations
Stayed here for 5 evenings with my mom and adult daughter. Self contained suite upstairs was perfect for my mom. Daniel sent timely check-in specifics, welcome message with treats, and was super quick with responding to any of our inquiries. Kitchen well equipped and included a few water bottles and generous coffee/tea bar. More clean linens and towels provided than we needed. A bright, new and clean space to stay - home away from home! Area is close to downtown and the one on-site parking spot beside the unit was secure and came in handy. Daughter with 2nd car found parking on street close to unit (under 1 min walk). Pull out couch in living room suitable for small adult or child. Outdoor patio was a nice touch!
