Bright and modern, simply furnished family friendly laneway home is a detached building located at the back of the main property. The guest house has a private entrance, south facing patio and front yard. This property is perfect for an executive, professional or fellow and family friendly best accommodates a couple with a small child.

City of Vancouver enforces a minimum 30 day booking, unfortunately we can only take bookings with this minimum length.

The Space - The living area and is an open layout, with vaulted ceilings throughout. Skylights flood the kitchen with natural light. Insuite laundry included. Wifi also included. Easily accommodates a single professional, 2 adults, or a couple with a child. The entire space is dedicated to guest use.

The Laneway has its own entry, patio and front yard. It is also just steps away from a very large park with many amenities. Nestled between Fraser and Knight just South of 41st the Sherbrooke Laneway is walking distance transit and Fraser street shops. South Memorial Park where tennis, track, turf, playground and fields are just steps away from the Laneway.

The hosts live in the main house.
We welcome interaction with our guests but also respect their privacy. We are also happy to help with providing directions or other info as requested by text or in person. Kindly respect the quiet hours of 9pm-8am as we want to continue to be good neighbours.

Street parking is available in front of the Sherbrooke Laneway. 41st, 49th and Knight buses are a 5 min walk. Canada Line with YVR/Downtown access is a quick 10-15min on the 41
By car we are 15 min from Richmond/YVR/ Downtown/HWY99/North Shore

Relaxing visit
Wonderful 5 weeks spent visiting young grandson and other family members. Memorial park is 1/2 block away with lots of green space to enjoy. Easy access (5 minute) to Rapid bus and connections to Skytrain made getting around easy for us ( seniors 70+).

Stylish, comfortable, friendly and conveniently located
This stylish home is cozy, bright and clean with a lovely outside sitting area nested in the landscaped front of the house. It is located in a quiet neighbourhood, seconds from a large park and minutes from public transit. Patsy and family exceeded our expectations with their warm and attentive hospitality. Ideal for a couple and youth, we guarantee you will enjoy your stay here.
