Property was very nice, but one of the elevators was not working. Was definitely inconvenient and wait times for it were long. The stairs were fine but signs on doors said the doors were emergency and would lock on the inside so a bit intimidating to take .

Terrible service

This hotel only have ONE lift working for entire hotel, which is ridiculous. Two lifts and one under maintenance, will takes more two weeks based on front desk. Guest needed to wait more than 10 minutes on lift service and staff also using lift for work, carts, housekeeping carts and etc. staff were not helpful at all.

We were told our truck wouldn’t fit their 6’0 parking lot so we went to the one behind the sandman hotel which was also 6’0 parking and we fit there, the lady at the desk would not allow us to park at the hotel, I wish they had this on their website when booking letting us know about underground parking restrictions, so I can book else where to accommodate my vehicle

One of my favorite hotels in Vancouver. I have noticed that depending on the room you get sometimes the pillows are less than great. Maybe time to upgrade all?

Great location, slightly older rooms but good overall, local area has a lot of good quick food options, easy walk to the cbd just a few mins. breakfast was good not overly extensive but enough for a good start to the day! overall very happy with the hote stay in Vancouver

The staff who welcomed us upon arrival was very helpful and kind. We enjoyed the breakfast in the morning, and the tea and coffee station on the 3rd floor was always accessible. We also loved the hot tub, gym, and table tennis on the top floor! We will definitely come back. Thank you very much for your hospitality!
