When we checked in there was a huge line up and only one check out. the heater in the room wasn't working right. And i asked for change twice for the vending machines they had none. Was not impressed with the service and room.

Slow service, unreliable shuttles

Called about ten times for the airport shuttle with no answer. When it finally came and dropped us off at the hotel there was a 45 minute wait to check in. One person at the desk and about 25 people waiting, as each person seemed to have an issue or problem with the check-in (full shuttles the next morning, mostly). The desk staff apologized in a perfunctory was as if it’s totally normal. The next morning I found that I only had lukewarm water in the shower. Would not recommend this place if you’re flying in or out of YVR, it’s not worth it.

Airport shuttle full and unavailable.

Airport hotel... nothing special. Don't expect it to be. What I do expect is to be able to use the transport to the airport - it's the entire reason I booked here. Airport shuttle was full in the morning with no alternative offerred.

Pretty close to airport. Has a shuttlw you can take. Not too much nearby to walk to but can easily get around. Staff was friendly and helpful.
