This La quinta is so comfortable! Liked how clean property was. The beds are very comfortable and bath towels are soft. Rooms are nice and spacious and the automatic front doors and elevator are very convenient. Staff is always very courteous and friendly. Some of the rooms we've stayed in have been a little noisy at times from highway traffic, but that's mostly the case in properties on Interstate hwy 5. It would be helpful to have lighting on the smaller La Quinta sign that leads to the parking lot -- coming in at night we couldn't see it well and missed the turn.

The front desk clerk was friendly, professional, and helpful to this older lady who is not technologically adept. And when I informed her that the air conditioner was not working in the room I was assigned , she kindly moved me to another room( top floor, no less, where it was nice not to listen to any noise above me!) The coffee was some of the best in-room coffee maker brew I’ve had! Can’t comment on the breakfast, as I have not yet gone down to enjoy it.

the location was good for us. staff was friendly. easy check in, check out. however they seemed short staffed. the breakfast area ran out of coffee, spoons, forks...... Our trash was never taken out , and by day 3 it overflowed onto the floor.

The rooms were spacious, staff were friendly, breakfast was good. Would have liked to see some little mini pastries in the variety. I'm not sure if they didn't have a service elevator, or the cleaning team found using the main elevator more convenient. The elevator was pretty small, and their carts take up almost the whole thing. Aside from that, loved it. I'll definitely stay again

Everything was great, comfy bed, pillows, good breakfast, clean room, good service. The only problem was a strange vibration I felt when laying on the bed that kept me awake for a long time. I decided it was from the large AC units outside the windows, even though we were on the 3rd floor. Weird, but very annoying.

The common area on the property is clean and updated. The staff we came in contact with were friendly and professional. The breakfast was nice with many options. However, the room was awful. It just seemed so used and outdated. The blackout curtains had rips, lights were burnt out or had mismatched brightness. There was hardly any water pressure. The room just felt dirty as it was so outdated and patched up.

Great stay with just a few minor issues.
We went to Vancouver to visit our daughter and her family. It was great fun and the hotel room we booked had a living area where they could come and join us for games and visiting. That was great. The bathroom in our suite was the only complaint we had. There was mold in the tub tiling around the tile and the edge of the tub where the tile and tub met with caulking. The shower was very difficult to turn on....like the knob you pulled to open the water supply was stuck for whatever reason. It took some serious effort to release the knob to open it up. The tub drain was very slow at draining. AND THE WORST THING....the toilet seat was only a few inches from the door when the door was open. We had to stand way behind the toilet seat near the wall to clear the door to open it. One of the members of our party had to go use the restroom on the main floor due to that issue. We will definitely stay at this hotel again. Maybe they will remodel that room's bathroom at some point. It would be a great improvement.
