Inaccurate listing no soundproofing between floors
The property is listed as sleeps six but is outfitted for 2We had 3 senior ladies in our group and had rented presuming we could utilize the advertised fold out double bed in living room as well as the two bedrooms. The fold out is by no means a double bed measuring only4ft 8” so one person diagonally could however no linens/ sheets provided until day 4 of our six day stay. There is only 2 kitchen chairs provided so one of us had to stand for every meal. There were no occupants upstairs for first 5 days, however day six there were and that is when we discovered how poorly insulated the ceiling is. Every footstep , conversation and laughter, flushing toilets, running water, dropped items resonated through our suite and continued until 2am despite informing landlord from 11:45 pm on. I would strongly not recommend unless upstairs is unoccupied and then only as 2 bedroom. It definitely could not sleep 6 unless two of those were small children And only if two additional chairs were added to the unit. It was very unfortunate our last evening was so sleepless and miserable or I could have been more accepting of the lack of necessities such as toilet paper, paper towels, a broom, garbage bags, instructions for garbage and recycling disposal and so on.square
