Urban Oasis Duplex offers accommodations in Vancouver, 3.5 miles from Pacific Coliseum and 4.3 miles from Vancouver Olympic Centre. Both free Wifi and parking on-site are available at the vacation home free of charge. Queen Elizabeth Park is 4.3 miles from the vacation home and Bloedel Conservatory is 4.4 miles away.

The vacation home is composed of 3 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and 3 bathrooms. A flat-screen TV is provided. The accommodation is non-smoking.

Guests can also relax in the garden.

Broadway – City Hall Skytrain Station is 4.8 miles from Urban Oasis Duplex, while Science World is 4.9 miles away. The nearest airport is Vancouver Coal Harbor Seaplane Base Airport, 6.2 miles from the accommodation.

Great stay
We needed a place to stay for one night that was also near downtown and this was the perfect spot. About a 20 minute walk to the SkyTrain or a quick walk to a bus stop got us directly into town. Great, quiet neighborhood and the host was great at communicating with us. They even let us in early which I find rarely happens with home stays. If you are okay with being a little outside of town (but quick access to transit) this is a great spot to stay!

Wonderful visit!
My girlfriends and I had a weekend getaway and this was the perfect place! Close enough to downtown and all of the sites, but in a safe neighborhood! The host was very responsive and everything matched the description. The security cameras around the property helped us feel very safe and have a better time. Would definitely stay here again!

Great floor plan but had areas of Improvement needed.
We arrived late and discovered that the bathrooms didn’t have any towels. Checked the laundry room and saw clean towels in the Dryer but they were wet. Pushed the start button and they were still damp this morning. Started it again this am. (Fortunately, we were able to find a towel in each of the closets for our showers) The bed with the en-suite bathroom didn’t have a top sheet only a flat sheet as the bottom one. Oh, and the hook in the main shared bath upstairs was not attached to the wall which didn’t matter since there were no hand towels.

House is new, all clean and functional.
Everything was clean and new. 25 minute Uber to Canada Place which is a good compromise considering prices in the waterfront area. Check in was easy. Communication with the property manager was a challenge but nothing critical was needed. As per all vrbo now the kitchen is sparse, bring your own salt, pepper etc. Overall a good experience and value.

Quiet neighborhood, plenty of street parking, minutes from shopping (Metropolis Mall, Costco, Walmart, coffee shops, etc), plenty of space. Host was very responsive and helpful. House was spacious and comfortable.
