The main kitchen-living area has a cozy TV spot, while the secondary kitchen includes a dining area. Enjoy the shared backyard and two designated parking spots. The home is divided into two separate 2-bedroom suites, each with its own entrance, washroom, and kitchen, perfect for two families or groups

Room 2: Queen bed (sleeps 2)

Room 3: Queen bed (sleeps 2)

Room4: Bunk bed ( With twin mattress top and bottom Sleep 2)

Sofa bed in living area (sleeps 2)

2 Full washrooms with shower base

Dining & 2 full kitchen

Complementary supplies include:

- toilet paper, paper towel, and tissues

- dish and dishwasher detergent

- laundry detergent

- hand soap

- coffee maker, sugar, salt, pepper, and other spices

Kitchen is equipped with the following amenities:

- full set of dishes for every person in your group

- coffee mugs, water, and wine glasses

- pitchers and jugs for water, tea, coffee and punch

- pots and pans including a large stock pot

- large assortment of cooking utensils

- plenty of mixing and serving bowls


Private Entrance:
Come and go with ease through your own separate entrance, which provides extra privacy and convenience.


OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

-Please note that both the backyard and driveway are shared with the host. A maximum of 2 SMALL cars OR 1 PICK UP TRUCK are allowed/fit for parking on the premises. The host resides in a separate, detached section of the property, ensuring your privacy while making it easy to address any needs during your stay.

-Location Notice: Our house is located on a busy street. If you’re a light sleeper, we recommend bringing earplugs.

-Construction Alert: Please be aware there is construction going on in front of the house from 8 AM to 5 PM. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
