Just about one kilometer away from a quiet shopping mall with all kinds of shops. Walking distance to Sunstone park where the neighborhood comes to relax . Less than 15 minutes walk will take you to the famous Burns Bog where you can go for a stroll through the dense forest.
(An ideal place for mandatory quarantine too)

Pros: place is very nice and new great location and was well stocked. Cons. Not quite as clean as you would hope. Not dirty but not clean. Did not supply enough toilet paper. Owners had a gathering last night of our stay and there was no consideration to keep the noise down whatsoever. Street parking is fine unless you park by one cranky neighbour who thinks they own the street. Bedding is just a couple sheets. Overall this is a good rental just wish owners were more considerate

Delta stay.
The place overall is nice and clean. However we didn’t realize that it’s actually a basement so there’s hardly any natural lighting (like you’re living in a dungeon). The facility didn’t have clocks in the bedrooms so we have to constantly rely on our cell phones. The beddings were pretty warned out and had small holes and stain. The tub is pretty high so if you have mobility problems this might be your biggest obstacle to get into the tub. However it’s quite roomy and they lit the place quite well with a lot of lights. You might need to struggle with the door when you try to lock it though.

Our short stay in Delta
We really enjoyed the time we stayed at Sony's place in Delta. We were able to spend time in his beautiful backyard. If we ever return to Delta this is where we would want to stay.

Perfectly cozy and exceptionally clean!
Sony and Biji are wonderfully kind people who obviously care deeply about their own home and what they offer visitors. When we arrived, we had the good fortune of meeting Sony and their sweet dog who were out in the immaculate garden, lush with greenery and flowers. Sony’s big smile and warm nature were immediately evident. The delicious smells of dinner were wafting through the air from Biji’s home-cooking. We walked through the neighborhood and through a beautiful garden with wildlife and a fountain and then walked 10 minutes from there for a DELICIOUS Vietnamese dinner. The beds were cozy and we enjoyed the extra pillows. A wonderful choice for us. Thank you Sony & Biji! 💕🤗

Propriétaire irrespectueux
Des notre arrivée le propriétaire nous a indiqué qu il faisait une grande fête (big party) chez lui et dans son jardin et qu il fallait que nous fermions porte et fenêtres pour ne pas avoir de bruit! La suite étant située sous sa terrasse et sous sa maison, notre soirée a été plus que bruyante, il nous a notamment été impossible de dormir jusque très tard. Musique, rires, voix et cris d'enfants, pas de course au dessus de nos têtes... Nous avons tenté de le joindre à plusieurs reprises par téléphone et sms, aucune réponse, y compris à nos messages vocaux. Nous avons simplement reçu un sms laconique à 1h du matin nous disant juste "sorry for that". Réclamation auprès d'Abritel en cours, il n'aurait jamais dû louer la suite en sachant qu'il faisait une si grosse soirée (plus de 40 personnes!). A noter que la suite ne dispose pas de lave linge et sèche linge alors qu'indiqué dans l'annonce, et qu'elle se situe en basement sous la maison. Le séjour cuisine et une des chambres sont des pièces noires car leurs fenêtres donnent sous la terrasse de la maison.

Very accommodating host. Very clean. Advertised as 2 bedrooms and pullout couch in living room. No sheets for pullout couch. Not familiar with Vancouver, so did not realize this facility was an hour drive from our arrival at the airport. Not our host’s fault.

Sunstone one night stay
Clean quiet. Too far from where we needed to be in Vancouver, so we canceled second part of stay. Sheets were not available for sofa bed that night. Otherwise, no issues.

We were promised a refund and never got one.
We let VRBO and the renter , “SONY” know that we were affected by the GLOBAL IT outage due to Microsoft going down in the airports and had our flights cancelled. Not only did we have our flights cancelled 3 times in 4 days at 2 different airports we had to drive to that were 3 and a half hours apart from eachother, but Sony said he would refund us and then never did. He stated that he didn’t want to keep our money, but then told us that he watches the news, and said that since we were getting refunded by the airlines, that he didnt morally or legaly have to refund us. Do not book with this person, he lied to us, even though we called as soon as we found out we weren’t flyin in anytime soon took our money our

The apartment is located in the basement of the building, so even during the day you have almost no daylight. You might want to keep that in mind when you book it. I would have expected such a fact in the description of the accommodation. The apartment itself was quite clean but the fridge seems not to be cleaned before we arrived. It had fingerprints out the metal outside, some marks of food in the inside and a thick layer of dust on the top. In the coffee machine there was a used pod left behind. The apartment was in a good condition however it had marks of usages and based on the age of the reviews you can read here it seems not to be brand new (like mentioned in the description). If you want to visit Vancouver - it took us more than an hour by car during the rush hour. We never had an issue to find a parking spot on the street close to the house.

Great place
It was a great property. Everything was very comfortable and clean. It was easy to check in and leave. There's two separate rooms so that's really nice. There's a big sofa. I think there might be laundry but we didn't use it. I would definitely recommend this place. The only thing is it's a little far from downtown Vancouver so you have to factor that in and avoid traffic times.

Friendly host with a suite that was exactly as described online. We spotted a few ants in the living room / kitchen and there was a lot of dust along surface edges, but neither were to the extent that they made things uncomfortable.
