It is a great hotel. A little difficult to get to but I'm sure that will be ok when construction in the area is complete. My only issue is with the pillows. They were all far too thick. My whole family had sore necks in the morning.

Decent but not great.

The hotel was ok and decent but not at same level as others in the area. The shower was terrible with super low pressure. Most of the power outlets didn’t work.

The hotel is located close to the Vancouver airport and has a free shuttle. It is just a few minutes' walk to a new Skytrain station (Capstan). The area around the hotel is not the best for walking, due to ongoing construction and incomplete sidewalks. But overall it is a very convenient option when flying in or out of Vancouver.
