Beautiful family cottage for four people located at one of the most traditional villages of the island. This holiday home is only 4 minutes by car (20 min walking) from the city center.

Finca Solis Family Cottage PM has two bedrooms with two single beds in each room, one bathroom with shower and two toilets. It features air conditioning, TV, Internet connection, dishwasher and a very well-equipped kitchen with all the utensils you may need.

Its large garden with barbecue, together with the privacy offered by this self-catered villa, will make you experience a wonderful holiday in the countryside.

There are many good Canarian restaurants and also a typical market on Saturdays and Sundays in San Mateo.

You can visit Las Palmas Capital city which is 30 minutes away by car; and also the golden beach of Las Canteras or the oldtown of Vegueta.

Only a 35 minutes drive to the airport and aproximately 1 hour from the south of the island, where you can visit some of the most popular touristic resorts like Maspalomas, Meloneras or Playa del Inglés.

**This property is located within a residential area, therefore all activities that may disturb other guests or neighbours are strictly forbidden.

** One dog allowed is allowed with a surcharge of 100€ for the whole stay.

-Between 20:30 and 22:00 - EUR 30
-Between 22:00 and 00:00 - EUR 50
-Between 00:00 and 01:30 - EUR 80
