The cottage is in the heart of Provence and near the Luberon, lace Montmirail and Fontaine de Vaucluse.
You will have fun to travel the tourist routes of Côtes-du-Rhone Chateuneuf Pope. On the road of lagnes the accrobranche course for children and adults, and the descent of the Sorgue canoe a few km from the housing.
We are located 20 km from Avignon, famous for its festival, 6 km from Isle sur la Sorgue, land of antique dealers and antique dealers or you will love to stroll on Sunday morning.
From Velleron you can make beautiful walks on foot or by bike (available to you).
It is composed of two floors; a garden is at your disposal (approx 300m2) and its secure pool, heated (shared with the owner) will seduce you. On foot, in a few minutes you reach the village and its peasant market (known worldwide).


You access the property through an electric gate.
A shelter car is reserved for you near a lodging.
You have a space to play bowling balls and a private garden area is reserved for you near the pool. You can use a barbecue for your fences.
The cottage is composed of two floors. AND IT IS CLIMATISE IN 2 PIECES.
On the ground floor is a fully equipped kitchen and a dining / living area
Taking the stairs you access the mezzanine (1/2 floor) equipped with 2 bunk beds.
Upstairs is the large bedroom with a bed 160x200 and a separate bathroom (shower, sink and toilet).

A second bathroom is at the pool.

Size of the HEATED swimming pool 9x4,5. It is protected by a wrought iron fence and a safety gate.
In the local swimming pool you have a LAVE LINGE.


You access the property through an electric gate.
A carport is reserved for you near a cottage.
You have a space to play bowling balls and a private garden area is reserved for you near the pool. You can use a barbecue for your fences.

Guest House in Velleron
We enjoyed our stay in Maria’s and Toni’s house in Velleron. We are family of 4, with 2 teenage kids. Location: We flew into Paris and took a train to the Avignon TGV, rented a car from there. Velleron is a small village, with mostly locals, a couple of places to eat, small bakery (morning hours only), grocery store. There are a couple of bigger towns less than 10min by car. Property: The house is attached to the owners house with a separate entrance. It is very clean, stocked with everything you need. The pool is beautiful, it is in the backyard and you have to leave through the front door to get to it. It is a shared pool with the owners, but we were the only ones using it so it felt very private. One thing about the house is that it is very small - one bedroom upstairs with a bathroom, no closet but a couple of dressers. Then there is a tiny loft with bunk beds for kids and a night stand. There is a love seat in the kitchen. We knew it was going to be small, but expected 2 bedrooms and more room to store our things. We made it work and were mostly at the pool or out and about, exploring beautiful south of France. Service: Maria and Toni were great! Communication was excellent, Maria made us delicious treats and was very attentive to our needs. They work really hard to keep the property clean and take care of their guests. Note: there is 50 eu cleaning fee and 300 eu refundable security cash deposit required upon arrival. Thank you so much for having us! We enjoyed it!

Cosy country chic and a warm welcome
A perfect location to explore this beautiful part of Provence. Everything you could possibly need to make your stay enjoyable has been provided...and if you have any additional requests, Marie will be happy to oblige. There is also a wonderful secluded garden with a barbecue, an eating space in the shade and a swimming pool. Marie is a wonderful host, we hope to be back soon!

Cozy place to come home to!
This rental worked perfectly for our family of four! Maria provided exactly what we needed, including bunk beds for our kids, swimming pool, washing machine, towels, and even homemade goodies waiting for us in the fridge! We loved the quiet location, and that it was 20 minutes or less to almost everything we wanted to see or do. We'd definitely stay there again! De superbes vacances
Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans cette magnifique région. Le gîte était très agréable avec sa clim et sa superbe piscine (partagée certes mais nous ne sommes jamais croisé). C'est la première fois que nous avons des hôtes aussi accueillants. Merci à eux pour leurs petites intentions ;) merci pour leurs discrétion nous avons eu toute la liberté que nous voulions, nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison.

Merveilleuse semaine
Nous avons passés une magnifique semaine entre le festival d'Avignon, la piscine, des visites (colorado provencal, les carrieres de lumieres, Gordes, St-Remi), les aperos ds le jardin... dès notre arrivée, le mode vacances était activé et la vie quotidienne loin de nos pensées... merci à Marie et son mari pour l'accueil, le rosé au frais, la citronnade, les crêpes... on reviendra!

Nous avons passé deux semaines vraiment géniales!!! Le gîte est bien situé pour les visites, il est très propre et est pourvu de tout ce dont on a besoin pour passer de bonnes vacances. Marie et Tony sont vraiment adorables. Ils s’occupent de nous comme si nous faisions partie de leur famille sans toutefois être envahissants. Nous n’oublierons pas les bonnes confitures de Tony et les petites attentions de Marie. Je recommanderais cette location à 100%.

Südfrankreich zum Verlieben, tolle Umgebung und perfekter beheizter Pool
Wir hatten eine ganz wunderbare Woche hier - vielen Dank! Ausflüge mit dem Auto nach Avignon, Pont du Gard und Aix-en-Provence und viele schöne Radtouren direkt vor Ort, ein superschöner Pool, beheizt, und ein sehr gepflegter Garten- wir kommen gerne wieder!!!!

Les hôtes sont charmants et accueillants. La maison est soignée et bien équipée. Les photos et la description sont absolument conformes. Le jardin est très agréable, au calme et ombragé pour un moment de détente. Village à pied avec toutes les commodités (boulangerie, pizzeria, supérette) et un marché tous les soirs des productions locales bon marché. Nous avons séjournée avec des enfants : tout le monde y a trouvé son compte entre la piscine, les visites et les activités à faire dans la région

Que ce soit le studio en lui même, décoré avec goût, Marie, qui a été adorable et prévenante, les commodités aux alentours pour s'approvisionner même à pied. Tout est pratique et bien pensé ! La propreté était irréprochable et merci infiniment d'avoir tout mis en œuvre pour que notre bonhomme puisse profiter de la piscine en ces premiers jours de soleil ! Nous reviendrons les yeux fermés si nous en avons à nouveau l'occasion !

Novembre 2021 séjour au top dans le Vaucluse
Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Marie et Tony, malgré notre court séjour et la fraîcheur, nous avons pu apprécier leurs petites attentions et le soucis du détail de Marie afin qu'on soit bien chez eux, et finalement comme chez nous ! Ma région d'origine tant aimée se prête aussi aux beaux paysages d'automne et le soleil a su bien réchauffer notre p'tite famille.Et les enfants ont adoré que certaines attentions soient directement pour eux. Nous regrettons juste ne pas voir eu l'occasion de plonger dans la piscine qui n'était plus chauffée et profiter de la partie jardin barbecue estival. Nous reviendrons peut être aux beaux jours...
