This completely renovated pool home is centrally located in town near everything you could ask for. Only moments away from the Gulf of Mexico and downtown Venice's local restaurants and shops.
Enter your personal code on the smart lock and walk right in to your home away from home. So cozy and comforting for the whole family. This is a three bedroom home with two master bedrooms with en-suite on the other side of the home for privacy. Best place for two families to come share a great time! This vacation rental in Venice has a private heating and cooling salt water pool and it simply can't be beat!
The boat is a spacious lanai completed with a furnished patio and grill, a full kitchen, and all with the comfort of home needed for a relaxing retreat. When you're not lounging by the pool, you can hit a nearby golf course, reel in a catch at Venice Fishing Pier, visit Sharky's good food and spirits or spend all day along the sandy shores of the beaches just 3 miles away.
Nearby Shamrock Park and Nature Center offer a 80 acres preserve which links up with a 10 mile bike trail you can enjoy.

Excellent home with all the special touches
We just returned from our stay at this home 12/23/24 to 1/4/25. The property descriptions do not do it justice. Home was extremely clean. We loved the location to the beaches, just a short drive. The warm salt-water pool was so relaxing. The extra refrigerator next to the washer/dryer was great to keep water bottles, pop, etc. for the beach.We found SO many shark teeth on Caspersen Beach! My kids had so much fun.We wanted to do something different this year after a recent death in the family. Overall, it was a very special Christmas/ New Years! We would consider visiting again. Great Getaway
This cozy home was the perfect get away for me and my friends! Very clean and had everything we needed. Close to restaurants, beaches, and pickleball. Fun shopping in downtown Venice. We'll be back for sure!

Comfortable home/great location
Very clean home, nicely furnished and well maintained. We enjoyed the heated pool during lots of windy days and chilly temperatures in February. The hosts were very responsive & the location is close to the Legacy Trail.

Wonderful property
My husband and myself along with my brother and sister-in-law stayed for a week in this wonderful home. The home was immaculate and smelled so fresh upon entering. The layout was just perfect for two couples to stay there. The kitchen was extremely well equipped. The pool was a delight. It was on the cool side while we were there but the heated pool still enticed us to go swimming. The host was always prompt in their replies. Being able to park in the garage was an added bonus. Location was great as well.

Our return trip to this home was great! As always, the owners are fantastic and responsive to any questions/concerns that may arise. The location is fabulous and it has everything you will need for your vacation. Make sure you take time to visit Shamrock Park; it is close and is great for walking/jogging/biking.

Great stay, loved the pool!
This was a fantastic property with plenty of space. It was nicely updated and clean. Nice distance to beaches.The pool was absolutely fantastic! Perfect for playing all day and keeping cool! The ferry to a private beach is no longer available to guests which is a bummer. Also, we would have liked to be able to control the temperature in the home during the stay. However, the owners were very responsive and helpful. Other than those two things, we absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend to others!

A very relaxing stay in a lovely town
Our family stayed at the house for a week and had a wonderful time. The house was spacious and located in a quiet street, so we had no complaints. The beds were very comfortable and everything was clean and organized for us upon arrival as well. We were happily surprised to find a whole row of bicycles available for us to use, which we enjoyed on early morning bike rides to Shamrock park and to see the town. The pool was also very nice and had a lot of toys available, which the kids played with to their content. There were plenty Beach chairs, a cooler and an umbrella that we always appreciated having on the property for our trips to Venice Beach. The grill that was available was used almost everyday while we were on vacation, and it help up well. But most of all, communication with the owner was super smooth, and we were always one call away from any questions we had being answered, and the service was excellent. Thank you for helping our family have a relaxing vacation we won’t forget.

Home away from home
Aneta your home was clean, warm, comfortable and welcoming. The pool was a lifesaver because of the red tide. You’re location was great and close to everything that Venice had to offer. The notebook you have with information and numbers was great, it helped us see what Venice had for activities. Hoping to visit Venice again and stay at your home!

Awesome Rental, Owner and Property Manager
This rental is extremely clean and in a great neighborhood. The pool and deck is beautiful. We were outside on the deck or in the pool the entire week. Paul the property manager is amazing and top notch professional. The owners are awesome and reply to the emails quickly. The rental is close to downtown Venice with great shops, dining, beaches and the fishing pier. Also very close to Englewood. We would definitely stay at this rental again. Great job to everyone.

Relaxing stay
We booked this property for a place to vacation and visit family. It was very relaxing and my Kids loved the pool. The was pool clean and the temperature was nice. I did a lot of cooking and the kitchen was stocked with everything I needed. We had a minor issue with the bathroom plumbing and Paul came over and quickly fixed it. The couch was very comfortable and we enjoyed relaxing on It while watching Movies. The only things that I would of liked was a full length mirror for getting ready, but that is a personal preference. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

Great hosts and great house!
We enjoyed our stay at La Victoria this summer! The location is great; close to everything. The sleeping and living quarters are spacious and the pool is really nice. The house has nice bathrooms, appliances, and cookware. It also is stocked with basic supplies so you can get a jump start on your shopping trip. We took long walks through the neighborhood, surrounding streets, and Shamrock Park every morning and really enjoyed the mix of old and new homes in South Venice. There are plenty of bicycles, beach chairs, beach toys, pool floats, and noodles for you to use. Aneta and Tom are fantastic hosts and made sure we had everything we needed. We will be happy to rent this property again in the future.

Great pool, neighborhood ok, beds terrible
Pros: Excellent salt water pool (claims to be heated but I don't believe it was). Somewhat updated kitchen Beach items were helpful Appreciated the baby high chair Great washer and dryer Plenty of fridge space Decent master shower Nice TV with Netflix Cons: The beds were awful! First of all they were nearly directly on the floor. I had to ask for box springs to be delivered so my parents could get out of bed. The mattresses were terrible. No joke, prison mattresses (we have family that works for DOC, they are the same brand they use in the prisons). I would challenge the owners to sleep on these. Mattresses. I did appreciate the box spring delivery and mad the manager aware of how terrible the mattresses were during our stay. Visited friends at similar VRBOs in Venice (one being 3 minutes drive from this house) that were much much nicer and the same size. The tiniest of dressers in the master with no furniture to put your luggage. Not a fan of rummaging through my bag on the floor for a week. The water smells of suffer and tastes bad. You must by bottled. Half of the electrical outlets in the master and twin bedroom did not work (manager made aware). My dad with us is a licensed building inspector and contractor, noticed quite a few odd construction flaws. I'm guessing this was a flip house with a mediocre remodel. Needed dish towels and dish cloths (which we purchased and left behind for the next guest) I have stayed in quite a few VRBOs as its often our preferred way to travel. This place was the worst one. Will not stay here again. We enjoyed Venice and (other than our tine in the pool) glad we had many reasons to get out of the house.
