Excellent room and great location
The hotel staff were lovely and very attentive. The breakfast served was amazing and the location was wonderful. Rooms are very dated, but that’s Europe. Room was warm, not sure if the AC unit was heat only or not working. We weren’t in the room much though, so we didn’t bother reporting it

2 nights before a cruise
We stayed 2 nights, just before a cruise. Location is excellent. And close to the Grand Canal so water taxi’s to get to/from airport and train station/people mover made it easy to get there and eventually leave. Breakfast was included and was very good. Would recommend

Awesome place, Im coming back, great service, breakfast exactly what you need, and so near the get in or out from venice, 290 ft walk, and also 2 blocks from Plaza Sant Marco

Room was relatively clean, service was not the best. Had broken plastic cups placed in the bathroom as clean cups, no hair conditioner. Hotel advertised as 4 stars, definitely not any more, maybe in the past. Rooms look tired, needs renovations. At best 3 stars.

Musty smell on the room
The location of the hotel is so convenient with the shopping area and tourist spots. The buffet is really good. The problem is our room, we have the suite room with a roof top view but the shower handle is defective water dripping on the bathroom when you shower going to the bedroo’s carpet. I could smell the mugginess around the room and its seems like I would breathe molds on the walls.

Lovely property however had a bad experience with Americans next to our room being loud and disturbing us two nights out of our 3 there so was disappointed that the hotel did not deal with them appropriately. There is no way they did not hear them. Or next time do not put a mother and and a daughter next to group of young people partying

Just perfect location behind San Marco plaza and at the corner is San Marco Giardinelli vaporetto stop. From there you can roll your luggage to the hotel. Many restaurants around. Walkable to Rialto bridge. Quiet at night. Excellent buffet breakfast. Rooms are clean.
