Everything was smooth and great!
We arrived to Venice a little later, but the hotel was so informative on parking, getting to and from and checkin was smooth! I called before to confirm all the stuff and that made so easy when they told me where to park. I think the location worked great for us as we had 3 older people, so being able to walk to hotel was great! We enjoyed a resturant the front desk recommended and it was perfect! The next day we spent all day exploring Venice and eating/shopping! They held our luggage all day. The rooms were beautiful, bathrooms spacious, hot showers, and we enjoyed drinks at the bar with great service.

This hotel is all about Venetian glam and luxe. It’s very convenient for the railway station, vaperetto on the grand canal and one of the main walkable routes to St Marco and the Rialto. Perfect location for getting around! The staff are very welcoming and helpful and the hotel has got a great Christmas vibe with some of the best decorations!

Bad Coffee Service in the Room, and Had to wait til 7am to get coffee at the dining hall, which cost $5/cup. Other Hotels at same price per night had Coffee service in cafe that was free. Front Desk service was unfriendly, and unhelpful Other than that the room and facility was very nice.

The location was perfect! One can walk to the bus terminal or to the train station for easy transit to planes, trains or buses. There are good dining options within a 3 minutes walk from the hotel. Would stay here again.

We had a water leak in our room and the staff quickly jumped in. They found us another room (upgraded) quickly and made our experience awesome. Hotel is close to taxi drop off so not far to get bags in. Just a quick walk around the area, so many restaurants to choose from. I would recommend.

We stayed for one night at the end of our trip, before leaving from Marco Polo. The hotel is beautiful and conveniently located near the Piazza Roma. The staff was very helpful recommending restaurants and arranging for our car pick up. The breakfast was amazing! We had a wonderful last night of our vacation.

Great hotel, beds were extremely comfortable and close to the main train and boat station. There were many restaurant options within walking distance.We had a great time and found a great steak house within walking distance (Al Grill).

We booked a two-night stay at this hotel in Venice. The location of the hotel was great for getting around Venice by foot. Our room decor was dated. There was dark taupe to brown carpet on the floor, which I didn’t care for sanitary purposes. All the hotels I stayed in during my trip in Italy ( Rome and Florence) had manufactured wood floors.

If we ever come back to Venice we would consider staying here again. Location was great in the sense that you didn't have to walj far with luggage. The hotel itself felt luxurious and the staff from front desk to housekeepers we friendly and easy to communicate with. The only thing we didn't like was the bed was a little too soft for our liking.
