Very easy to get to from the airport (50m walk from the ferry stop). Very clean. The wifi was a little slow, but I think it’s because we were in the back rooms. Very friendly staff!

My stay was incredible! The room and attached bathroom were very stylish, immaculately clean and well appointed. The staff were incredibly helpful! My luggage arrived the day after I checked out of the hotel. The staff waited for my luggage to be delivered the next day and contacted me so I could retrieve. Good choice in Venice
Location is just outside the over-touristy area, quiet and nice. Boat stop just by. The owner and the woman doing housekeeping is very kind, and service minded. Big rooms, and very clean. Be aware that this is not a hotel with reception (as almost every place in the area), so make sure to get the check in instructions in advance. If ever going to Venice again, I would stay here.

Great place to stay in Venice
We stayed 5 nigths at this place, and the room was spaceous, and comfortable with a nice view towards the seaside in Venice, and the stop for the waterbus "Arsenale". The room was cleaned nicely every day, and they even gave us new waterbotles every day with no extra charged. Friendly staff and a perfect location . The location is just a litle outside the most crowded place and close to a more local area in Venice, but stil close to the city centre. Breakfast is not included, but we had breakfast in local shops/restaurants close to the place. The room, and the staff was great and we recommend the place. Even the price was nice compared to other hotels.
