The accommodation comprises a bright living room with a sofa bed (140x190 cm), a dining table for convivial meals, and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, offering everything you need for a practical stay. The bathroom has a shower and WC, ensuring a functional and pleasant space.
At night, the house has a ground-floor bedroom with a double bed (140x190 cm) for a peaceful night's sleep. Upstairs, you'll find a second bedroom with two single beds (90x190 cm), perfect for accommodating children or friends. The sofa bed in the living area provides extra sleeping space, ideal for added flexibility.
Outside, the house benefits from a private terrace with awning, perfect for enjoying the Mediterranean climate while remaining in the shade on sunny days. A pleasant setting for a relaxing, sunny holiday at Vias Plage.

By train: Vias railway station is 1 kilometre from the historic centre of Vias. For those who prefer to arrive from Agde, there is a larger station serving TER and TGV trains. This station is only 5 kilometres from the centre of Vias.
By plane: You can fly into Vias from Béziers Cap d'Agde airport. The airport is 5 kilometres from Vias town centre.
By bus: Hérault Transport connects Vias to various towns in the Hérault department.

During July and August, the accommodation is only available for rental from Saturday to Saturday.
A security deposit of 200 € will be requested upon your arrival.
