Beautiful hotel, beautiful rooms, shiny & clean flooring vs. carpeting (carpeting in hotel rooms is so gross). The front desk, valet parking, and restaurant staff are supremely friendly and lovely. Will stay here again for sure! Beds are comfy, nice amenities too.

I was there for business, but brought my two quiet teenage girls. It was assummed that we would be noisy, so got placed across from the ice machine room. It was noisy. The pool and tub were dirty(full of foam and...). Parking was not included.

It was nice and quiet in the hotel esp at night. The room was quite cold even when I had the thermostat up to 25 C. Usually in my home it's good around 21. And it wasn't esp cold outside so not sure why. Did not expect to pay $35 a night for valet!

Hotel is conveniently located to the harbor, just walking distance from the bus stop to Butchart Gardens, to Sooke and to the Ferry Station. The hotel customer service was excellent. They upgraded our room for free and let you check in 2 hours earlier. Cleanliness is excellent as well. They clean our room everyday and refills the toiletries and 2 complimentary bottled water. The bed was comfortable and I love the sheets … high quality hotel bed sheets. Will definitely comeback and also will highly recommend this hotel to people and friends. All in all it was an excellent experience. Thank you!!!
