was good overall but pot smokers at the third floor cause me to have trouble sleeping (I do not like cigarette or joint smoke); A/C would keep switching from heat to cold and I had to turn it off as soon as the right temperature was achieved.

Service was great. The desk clerk asked me my room preference and helped me with my purchase from the pantry. Breakfast the next morning was hot and tasty. I will stay there again.

This is one of the nicest hotels I stayed in. Great staff, nice breakfast. My room was awesome. This is right next to the Flying J which is open 24 hrs. However I did not hear any noise inside.

My room was missing shampoo and after I called the front desk, they told me that I had to go to front desk to get it. They should have sent it to my room. On the 2nd day, many customers were waiting for breakfast since they didn’t prepare enough. I have never experienced this before. Totally unacceptable.
