Ideally located on the edge of the departments of Lot, Tarn et Garonne and Aveyron, cottage located in a peaceful hamlet away from the village. 10 minutes from all the shops and services, this pleasant house recently restored in a contemporary spirit while respecting the traditional building, pleases with its comfort present in all the rooms, these bright and spacious bedrooms and its warm living room. We love the pleasantly furnished exteriors allowing you to relax in the shade or in the sun! This comfortable cottage in all seasons, will be the ideal place to stay to discover in particular the famous truffle market of Lalbenque in winter and all the surrounding local markets, the rich built heritage very present in this part of the south of the Causses du Quercy, and of course the unmissable village of St Cirq Lapopie 30 minutes away, ranked among the most beautiful villages in France! A few steps provide access to the terrace and then to the main room consisting of a lounge area with sofa and flat screen TV, wood stove, a fully fitted kitchen area and a dining area. On the same level an airlock leads to a bathroom with large shower, separate toilet then to a bedroom with a 140 bed and direct access to the terrace, this bedroom has a small mezzanine area with an extra bed for a kid. Upstairs, there is a large attic bedroom with a 140 bed and its bathroom open to the bedroom (large Italian-style shower), separate toilet. Unfenced land.
