Comfortable but damp and mould in bathrooms
Comfortable room in a good location BUT is spoiled by the condition of the bathroom/toilet. This was clean but with an overpowering smell of dampness and mould with attempt to cover it over with chemical. The bathroom is underground and the air-conditioning system to deal unsuccessfully with the damp was very noisy.

Liked that it was near transport and had appropriate utensils and pots to make food and eat, many things to dislike. Such as dirty floors, dirty toilet, loud boiler, lack of communication

Grosszügiger Raum, hell. Ruhige Lage Alles sauber Wenig Möglichkeit zum lüften. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl hier.

Lage der Unterkunft gut. Bei Ankunft noch angefangene Lebensmittel vom Vormieter im Kühlschrank sowie verschimmelter Kaffefilter. Geschirr verklebt, haben wir erstmal alles in die Spülmaschine gesteckt. Es gibt nur 2 Oberlichter um zu lüften. Hiervon war eines nicht zu öffnen. Das Sofa war defekt - wurde am nächsten Tag repariert. Allerdings hätten wir es besser gefunden uns vorher zu informieren, dass jemand vorbei kommt und nicht durch eine email, dass sich ein Mitarbeiter in der Wohnung befindet. Das Bad und WC sind nur durch eine Art Treppenhaus zu erreichen. Dieses geht zwar direkt von dem Appartement ab und ist auch sonst von niemandem zu benutzten, jedoch wäre auch hierzu ein Hinweis in der Beschreibung angebracht gewesen. Hier gibt es auch leider keine Fenster und nur unzureichende Be-/Entlüftung. Wir könnnen die Unterkunft aus den o.g. Gründen daher leider nicht weiterempfehlen. Schade.
