Spacious room with good window curtains to make sleeping easy. Good breakfast. Great restaurants nearby (including right across the street). Very close to a train station and metro station, short walk to historic city center.

Everything about the hotel was amazing. From the moment we walked in the door we felt welcomed, and the staff was always helpful and friendly. The room was clean and roomy, and it was nice to be able to sit on the balcony in the mornings and evenings. The breakfast was amazing every day. We would definitely stay at this hotel again and recommend it to anyone.

Lovely hotel with its own unique touches that make it stand apart from the big bland chains. Staff all pleasant and kind tiuch with the welcome bubbly and chocs for our anniversary. Stayed in room 704 with balcony vistas over Vienna. The homemade and eco focus on food and furnishings ensured a memorable.stay while in Vienna.

I like the breakfast. Very good quality. Location is excellent, close to subway and tons of restaurants. It was very touching that on my daughter's birthday, when we came back to our room, there was a card, piece of cake and a boloom on the coffee table! They probably noticed her birthday on her passport. These small details make this hotel unique. I will stay again next time.

Very pleased with this hotel. We had a veyry clean, comfortable and big room, I suppose the bathroom was a bit small but it was ok and spotlessly clean. . The breakfast was very good, most of it home made. The choice was good and plentiful. The location is great, 25 minute walk to St Stevans church, or the U1 Nestroyplatz stop is literally opposite the hotel front door. The staff were helpful and friendly. If you like a drink there is an honesty bar with a small range of drinks or a few bars in the vicinity.

Overall the hotel is good. Great location and friendly staff. I didn’t like my first night as the aircon was locked so I was far too hot and barely slept. I didn’t realise it was locked but when I asked a member of staff in the morning it was sorted out quickly. Breakfast can be a bit chaotic at busy times. There’s a selection of vegan and gluten free foods but I think it would be more helpful if they were together instead of spread out - this would also help anyone with allergies avoid cross contamination. There’s a lot of roadworks going on across the city, including outside which meant my taxi arriving found it hard to get there. Considering that, it was very quiet at night. I would probably stay again if I go back to Vienna.

Everything worked out fine and the reason for that was member Bettina. She welcomed us with a glass of elderberry juice, explained everything about the hotel and gave us directions to important places to visit. Her upbeat and congenial personality made our stay so enjoyable.
