Bayview Sands - Modern, Pet Friendly, 6 BR/3BA on the Water!

Located directly on the sand, with a comfortable, West Coast Chic vibe, this 6BR house offers expansive views of the Delaware Bay from nearly every room! On the ground floor, you’ll find a dining area large enough for the whole family, an open kitchen with sliding doors out to the bay, and a gorgeous sun room with wall-to-wall windows, all with full water views in every direction. You’ll also find two queen bedrooms on the ground floor, sharing a full hall bath with a large jetted tub and glass enclosed shower. Outdoors, enjoy an expandable outdoor dining table that seats up to 20, a fully fenced in yard for kids and pets to play, a climbing dome, lounge chairs in the sand, adirondacks surrounding the gas fire pit, and direct gated access to the beach! At the top of the main stairs is a second full bath with jetted tub, separate shower, and a wide open view of the bay. To your left, is a large queen bedroom with dresser, sitting area, and another beautiful water view. To your right is an even larger bedroom with two queen beds, a desk area, couch, TV, and bayside balcony access. Remote work just got a little better with a full view of the water! Down the hall, you’ll find a bunkbed room that sleeps 8, with two double beds in each, beanbag chairs, and a TV, so you can put a movie on and let the kids hang out! At the far end of the hall, you’ll find the primary king suite with TV, sitting area, separate bathroom with stall shower, and sliding glass doors to the cozy furnished balcony overlooking the beach- our favorite place to watch the sunset! We provide beach chairs, sand toys, and other amenities to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Beginning in 2025, we will no longer offer linens and towels; however, we are happy to recommend a local linen service. Please review the Welcome Book for additional important information upon booking.

This a safe house for dogs and children with bay beach access, great location, and lots of room. We would definitely recommend it and want to go back. The owners have done an excellent job in every way.

Very nice beach house
The property was very spacious and could accommodate our entire family of 14. Having a private backyard of sand allowed the young kids to play the entire time. The chairs and beds were comfortable, but very low to the ground, which was difficult for the adults.

Property was great. Lots of room, great location. Lots of local stores and stuff to do. Property manager was great. Now for the bad news. The house is decorated in black and white. Not the best color selection for a beach house. There is some wear and tear. Furniture and rugs had stains, the utensil drawer was really difficult to open and close, the stove top was cracked and had glass splinters. The gas grill - while was able to be lit - would only go to 250 degrees. A root was sticking up at the gate leading to the beach which caused us to trip a number of times. The living room has a great table but the chairs are short cylinders with no backs which was a bit difficult for us older folks and there is limited lighting in the room which makes post sunset game playing difficult. The worse part was we were charged an additional cleaning fee. The cleaning people subsequently said the house was "trashed" with little supporting documentation. We had sent pictures of stained and broken things over the first day or so but stopped taking pictures of stained stuff since we were told that the place was going to be steam cleaned the following week. There was conflicting directives of what to do with the bedding at the end of the week. The lease said to make the beds, the house rules on the fireplace said to strip the beds. We also asked for early check-in since the house was vacant for 2 days. Owners would not agree. Renters beware!!

Amazing house!
House and location were perfect. Very private. Neighbors but not in obtrusive way. House was very spacious . The low beds were tricky and the dining table seats were down right ridiculous for a kid friendly house but we didn’t spend time indoors. The fenced in yard was amazing for toddlers and dogs. Close easy access ti the water.

Fabulous family location and layout!
Ideally located on top of the dunes with direct access to the beach from the fenced in sand filled back yard. Perfect for kids of all ages! My husband and I travelled up from Florida to meet with my son and daughter and kids from 3 to 16. The layout of the house was exactly what our family of 12 needed. Plenty of space and privacy!

Great Home
Perfect spot for a family celebration. This house has large rooms, there were 10 adults, 3 teenagers and some littles and we had plenty of space to spread out. Views from the deck couldn’t be beat and the beach was fantastic! I wish we had been able to stay longer.

Very nice
The house is beautifully decorated. We had a group of 15 and it was the perfect amount of space. Great view. Room with the windows is beautiful. I would suggest adding screens to the windows. It is not handicap accessible. Communication is wonderful. Great stay!

Already want to book next year!
Our group of 14 had the best stay at this house. Our ages ranged from 78-2.5 and everything was amazing. Remote check in was a breeze and all the people at Coastline realty were so helpful before the trip. First off the sunset bay location, the incredible view, and fenced in sand yard was worth the booking alone. The house is beautifully decorated but also functional enough for little kids not to get into trouble. The back room surrounded in windows, which we deemed the "nap room", was gorgeous and so cozy in the late afternoon when the sun would warm up the space. We also loved the fact that we could all fit around the dining room table! The upstairs bunk room worked well for the older kids (in their young 20s) they loved feeling like kids again and reuniting with their cousins. Sincerely hoping this place will be available again next year!

Family weekend
We had 18 family members from 2 yrs to 68 yrs stay very comfortably at this location for a weekend. We also had 2 dogs. The property has a lot of space to relax, socialize, eat, sleep and have fun. The view of the bay is terrific. I'd highly recommend this for a large family!

Great Family Vacation
We loved this property. It was a great house that fit all of our family members. Sunsets were beautiful and it was so nice to have the beach so close. House came with chairs we could throw on our backs that added to our ease of getting to the beach.

Cleaning of the house could improve , small details like dirt around door knobs and cabinet knobs. Bathroom door on second floor at end of the hall closes too tight which results in difficulty and noise when the door is opened. Dishwasher needs repair Door to garage from the kitchen does not securely close or lock, it is dangerous for children, if they lean on the closed door it will open and they could fall down the stairs… we had a 3 year old and a walking one year old, so we had to baracade the door.

Great Getaway!
This home was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities we could ask for. The beach chairs and sand toys were very helpful. The views and the location on the Bay Beach were fantastic! Loved the sunsets and evening walks on the beach. The fenced in sand yard was perfect for our young granddaughter and for lots of games for everyone. The Bay water was not very swimable as it was murky and we saw lots of jellyfish and horseshoe crabs on the beach. And the beds in the house were all very hard. Mattress toppers would be a great addition. But we would absolutely go back to this location! We had a wonderful extended family vacation.

We had a great time at a beautiful house close to both Cape May and the Wildwoods.
We really enjoyed our visit and the house was perfect for our 4 generation family and 2 Shelties. We were close to Cape May and the Wildwoods and everyone could do what they wanted. We really enjoyed sitting on the deck in the evening and watching the sunset on the Delaware Bay. In the morning I walked the dogs in a lovely neighborhood and was able to walk them on the beach. My 7 year old grandsons loved playing on the beach almost as much as they loved their room with bunkbeds and their own TV! It was a great time for all of us!

Beautiful home!
We had an amazing time. This spacious house does not disappoint with stunning water views from most of the rooms and plenty of opportunities to enjoy sunsets and watching dolphins while hanging out relaxing on the back deck. All of the furniture is clean, bright and very comfortable. The beds are platform so they are a little lower to the ground than traditional beds. The house is well stocked with everything you need for both indoor and outdoor activities and is incredibly functional. The house overlooks a beach that is nice to walk on but we didn't feel it was ideal for swimming. It's in a friendly residential neighborhood about 6 miles from either Wildwood or Cape May beaches. We were a little worried about being further away from the boardwalk than we planned but it really ended up being very nice. We probably did more activities being in between these two popular spots. Ami at Coastline Realty was great to work with and shared info on local restaurants and activities. We would definitely rent again if planning another trip to this area.
