The staff was really kind, but this could not compensate for the state of the hotel. It needs a full refurbishment. The room, especially the bathroom was dirty, the while place was damp. Water pressure was not enough in the bathroom to start the heater and provide hot water, so you had to have the water run paralell in the kitchen as well. Bed was clean, however. Because of the dampness, towels never really got dry, so they had a strange smell. Breakfast is cheap, basic, not nice, except for the fruit, which was a nice surprise to have. Walls are very thin, you can hear everything from above and the sides. My door was made of glass, so that did not give much privacy, and the lights were constantly on both in the corridor and the inside yard, so there was no darkness even at night. I recommend you spend a bit more and find a decent hotel in Vina del Mar.

Nao se trata de um local retro ou decorado com antiguidades, como sugerem as fotos. Trata-se de objetos velhos, em mau estado de conservação, espalhados pelo ambiente. O banheiro, péssimo!
