Come and spend a pleasant and peaceful stay in this beautiful Charentaise villa with private swimming pool and summer kitchen. Ideally located, at 15min from Angoulême and 5min from the river beach, the property and its surroundings promise you a superb vacation. Many activities and places to visit are available near the house, even though there is lots to do on site!
The house is composed of:
- 3 floors
- 7 bedrooms including 2 children bedrooms with a bunk bed on one side and a single bed with a second hideaway bed on the other (shared bathroom in the center), 1 large bedroom with twin beds, 1 bedroom with 2 double beds, 1 double bedroom with queen size bed and 2 parent suites (one with queen sized bed, the other a double) and each with an ensuite (one with a bath and shower and the other with shower)
- 5 bathrooms in total, new renovated
- A separate toilet
- A spacious living room with a TV and a fireplace
- A brand new and very well equipped open kitchen.
- A billiards room
- An open office opening in to with the living room and hall way

Linen is included (tea towels, bath mats).
Bed and bath linens are not included in the price, as our guests generally like to save the cost of these. However, we do offer an optional full set of bed and bath linens for 23€ incl. tax/person per stay. You can order and pay for it after your reservation.
A mandatory \intermediate cleaning" fee is charged at the time of booking and corresponds to the disinfection and preparation of the house between two tenants. The house must not be left dirty when the tenants leave, we ask our tenants to leave the accommodation as they find it on their arrival (kitchen and sanitary facilities clean, fridge and cupboards emptied, no trace of dirt apparent, garbage removed, etc.). dirty, the tenant will have a deduction from his deposit for the extra time spent to restore the accommodation, at the rate of 35€/hour The tenant will be informed without delay by message via the platforms, by sms or email, photo(. s) and/or video(s) in support. We also offer to our tenants who do not want to think about the cleaning before their departure, a "complete cleaning" package which will be charged 30€/hour Please refer. to the description of the ad to know the price of the complete cleaning, or contact us directly. For this accommodation, the amount of this package is 200€ extra.
