Walk your way into Vineyard Haven from Walker Way!

Traditional New England Cape built in 2003 with three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Located on a quiet private street just off of Edgartown-Vineyard Haven Road. Just a five minute walk to downtown Vineyard Haven and its abundance of shops and restaurants. First floor of the 1250 sq. ft house opens up into an open living room and kitchen as well as an adjacent bedroom and full bathroom. Second floor featured one newly renovated bathroom with tiled shower and two bedrooms both we newly set carpet. Fenced in back deck features patio table, chairs, and propane grill. Laundry is located in the basement along with cooler, beach chairs and beach umbrella. Two Parking spots available. There is a separate downstairs apartment which is occupied by the property managers with their own separate entrance and no shared spaces. They are happy to help with any questions you may have during your stay and take pride in responding promptly.

Home Away from Home!
Could not recommend Walker Way more highly! Beautiful home, clean, fresh, bright with all the amenities and well stocked kitchen. We were unfortunately on the island for a dear friend's funeral but the ability to come back to a comfortable and quiet house was so nice. Nick could not have been a better communicator and helpful with early and late check outs. Comfy beds, refurbished bathroom upstairs, air conditioning to help with the hot week and an easy peasy quick walk to adorable little shops and restaurants and the Vineyard Haven ferry. Bonus was the office area in the master bedroom with desk and printer which we needed in a pinch! Would absolutely return in a heartbeat!

A perfect week
We are a family with 3 teens (15,15,17) and a small dog. We found the house to be perfect for us. The girls all stayed in the 2 bedrooms upstairs and had a shared bathroom. My husband and I slept in the downstairs bedroom and felt that the layout was great for us as we wake up early and could use the kitchen and living room without waking them. The house was clean and a great location to walk to town, the ferry and restaurants and stores. Highly recommend and would stay again

Relaxing stay in Vineyard Haven
Our family of six really enjoyed our one week vacation at Walker Way. The layout of the house is ideal to give everyone their own space. The house was clean and well-equipped. Location was fantastic. Walking distance to downtown Vineyard Haven including shops, cafes, restaurants, grocery store, and the ferry. Easy drive to Oak Bluffs and Edgartown, as well as everything Up Island. Perfect for weekend getaway
The property was perfect for our weekend getaway for a family wedding. The weather was terrible so we didn’t get to enjoy the cute deck! The string lights made it seem so inviting. The kitchen had everything we needed for 3 nights and the house had a great floorplan for us! We loved that you could walk to VH and hear the ferry whistle blow while in the house. The check in process couldn’t have been easier and the house felt very private. Thanks for a shirt but sweet stay!

Great VH Stay!
Loved how close it was to downtown (just a short walk) the deck/shared yard were awesome and the multiple showers were super convenient! Nicholas was on-site (and super friendly, we loved Penelope) if there were any issues, which we didn’t have, I’m sure he would have been quick to take care of them! Had fun admiring the host’s selection of cookbooks! All in all wonderful place to stay!

Great stay on MVI!
This was my first time reserving through VRBO. I am so glad I did as my family and I loved our stay! The house was clean and conveniently located to restaurants (Black Dog Tavern is within walking distance) and shops (again within walking distance). I definitely recommend this property to others (happens to be pet friendly too). :)

Amazing
First time visiting Martha’s Vineyard. 5 of us came for a girls weekend away! And this place was perfect! The house is so nice and located in a good spot! We really enjoyed our stay! We got in pretty early and we contacted the host and he allowed us to check in early! I’d certainly come back to this house!

Hidden Cozy Gem
Our first time traveling to Martha's Vineyard was wonderful! The house on Walker Way was modern, clean, and in a very nice neighborhood. It often felt like we were in our own comfortable home. The owners provided us with everything we could need, and were easy to communicate with at all times. The neighbors and house managers were friendly and made us feel like we belonged. Remember to book early, so that you can bring your car. The ferry books fast!
