Something for everyone. second floor above carport is a two bedroom with the same appliances as main kitchen floor except no oven ( electric skillet, toaster oven and hot plate added) two bedrooms with shower and shower/tub combo, sofa bed. While your adult children are on the deck or in the kitchen living room late at night you are with the grandkids, take the stairs or elevator to the second floor for your own world Third floor three bedrooms. If you are looking for more beds, please let me know. I can add a full unit or a split of a two bed or three unit has a crib(302). The three units have their own private roof deck, by a locked gate. Rent side by side units, families can move from one unit to the other(limit of 15 at a time on each deck, fire code). Max if 45 in my building.
