You can also visit the sights such as the magnificent amphitheatre, the Temple of August or the Arch of Sergi.

Vodnjan itself is known for its mummies, which can be found in the church of St Blaa.

If you prefer to experience more nature, be sure to visit the Brijuni National Park or head to Fazana, which offers beautiful sandy beaches and bays.
