The Bozac holiday house has three floors (ground floor, upper floor and attic) and totals 104m². The house has a separate entrance and is surrounded by a stone wall and a garden with aromatic herbs (lavender, sage and rosemary).
The kitchen has a door opening onto the covered terrace (ca. 20m²) in the rear part of the house. The site behind the house measures around 2500m² with a children’s playground (sandpit, swings, football goals, slide) and a swimming pool (6 x 4 x 1.3m) with a shower. The pool and garden are for your own exclusive use, while the playground is shared with guests at holiday residence no. 965662.
The ground floor has a living room with a minibar, satellite TV, an armchair and a sofa that can be used as a bed for one adult or two children, as well as air conditioning for heating and cooling. A hallway provides access to a bathroom with a shower, toilet, washing machine and heater. On the ground floor there is also a kitchen with a dining room and a fireplace. The kitchen has kitchen furniture and is equipped with all the necessary appliances and a wonderful rosewood table and chairs. Stairs lead to the upper floor with two bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower and WC. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a single bed and a child’s bed, two cupboards, a little table with two chairs, two bedside tables with lamps, a dresser with a mirror, and air conditioning. He room looks out over the playground, olive grove and pool. The second bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, dresser with a mirror, a leather stool, two bedside tables with lamps and air conditioning. The window faces the entrance of the house and the herb garden. Extendable stairs lead up to the gallery with a single bed. The attic provides three single beds and a supplementary bed, each with a lamp and dresser. This room is only suitable for children, as the ceiling is not very high. There is air conditioning for cooling and heating. The windows look out towards the pool, playground and olive grove.
On a hill to the south of the little village there are the ruins of the ancient Gurianum.
