Our stay had its ups and downs. Upon arrival, we noticed the cleaning crew rushing to finish, leaving behind a lingering smoke/vape smell in the kitchen that took about a day to dissipate with airing out. Although management offered to send someone with a freshener, we preferred not to have kids playing around chemicals. We also found random bits of trash under beds and furniture, and some kitchen items were not properly cleaned, but nothing too terrible.
The lanai furniture was dusty and had some rips, so we opted not to use them during our stay. However, the kitchen was well-stocked with appliances and a random assortment of pantry goods, though it lacked some basics like pepper or sugar.
One major downside was the loud AC unit in the master bedroom, which required earplugs for a good night’s sleep. It’s also above and open to the living room with plantation shutters to block noise. On the positive side, the pool and grills in the facility were enjoyable amenities.
One important note: kids under 12 are not allowed in the hot tub, which we wish had been clarified before booking. Overall, while we might explore other options first, we wouldn’t rule out staying here again if we were in the area.
