We asked the maid for more towels and were told that we already had enough. There were no hand towels at all. The traffic and uber costs made this location very inconvenient. I would not stay at this property again.

The hotel was clean, and the cleaning staff was very friendly. The woman at Breakfast was also very friendly. The front desk man was a gentleman. On day 2, the 2 front desk women looked like they didn't want to be there. I was disappointed because I came from driving over 500 miles away, and the pool wasn't working. As I had called every day for three days before my trip started to check if the pool was working. They stated yes each time. We drove for a mental break and was stuff in the room with boredom.

Extremely seamless and peaceful stay. The staff was lovely, great service on the breakfast hours. This would have been 5/5, but the condition of the parking lot was bad - black ice formation, slippery spots. Specially when the neighbouring hotels managed to have their lots all cleaned up and dry.

Bait and Switch

My husband and I have stayed here on several visits to the DC area and have always found our stay to be pleasant. Not so much this time. upon check-in, I was asked to provide a credit card for incidentals (which should have registered as odd since I used a a credit card to book our stay). I gave the front desk attendant my debit card and specifically confirmed with her that it was not to be used to pay for our stay. She assured me that it would not. I discovered the next morning that it had been used instead of the credit card I used to book and pay the initial deposit. When I asked her why this was done and requested it be reversed, I was told that she was not authorized to perform the reversal and that I would have to wait for the manager to arrive at noon. The attendant was not at all apologetic about what was clearly her mistake. I went to my room and called the corporate office and was told that the hotel was individually owned and operated and it would have to resolve this matter. The customer service person did assure me that she would call the hotel so see if they could expedite the matter, which she did because the manager called me to explain that she was on vacation and the charges would be reversed at checkout. She also informed me that it was up to my bank as to how promptly I would receive the funds back. We checked out on 12/24 and I am still waiting for my funds to be put back. I will never stay here again.
