Perfect
Great location, quiet neighborhood and beach, plenty of room. The slope from the dune to the beach is steep as mentioned in past reviews, but definitely worth it. Large open living room/dining area. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect house for a quick getaway with friends. Lovely neighborhood. Beach is a short walk with a pretty big hill to get down to beach, but not bad at all! Would definitely there again!

Perfect beach weekend
Location is amazing, right on the beach. Spacious upstairs with amazing ocean views. The property does not match the photos in the listing….but in a good way, you can tell several upgrades have been made to the paint and flooring. The o my issue we had, was the TVs. The main LG tv in the living room is not connected to the WiFi and had a Visio remote that can only turn it on but nothing else…..so it can’t do anything without being connected to the WiFi. Besides the non working TV everything else was great and we all had fun

Wonderful Get Away
What a great place to spend quality time with family. My daughter and I had our first Daddy-Daughter vacation at her request, and we couldn't have had more fun. The property manager did great in letting us know that there had been a problem with the plumbing the day of our arrival. They took swift action and the issue was resolved quickly and respectfully. They treated us very fairly for the inconvenience, and their customer service was great. My daughter has significant allergies and experienced none in this home. The house is perfectly situated just a few hundred feet from the beach and a 5-minute drive to town. Easy access to all the things Oregon Coast has to offer. Memories made for sure, Thank you.

Out of date photos and not clean
The photos provided on your listing does not depict the condition of this home. The carpet is disgusting and smelled of dog P. As soon as we entered the home, the beds have springs sticking out of them and also smell of urine in the bunk rooms, there is black, mold, growing in the bathrooms, and in the windowsills of the home, And the overall cleanliness of the house was disgusting. We booked this house for four nights and ended up only staying here for three nights and leaving to go home because of all the issues.

Nice big hot tub and beach access
Very big house, on the beach with lots of windows. The kitchen had plenty of dishes and a big pantry so you weren’t having difficulty finding places to put your groceries. The big hot tub was nice with a good wind break that had easy access from both the living room and the master bedroom. There was also a nice outside deck overlooking the ocean. Some of the problems were the kitchen chairs were rickety and absolutely filthy we felt that we needed to put towels on them to sit down. A couple of the windows needed replaced because the seal is gone and it really affects the beautiful view. The only other issue that we had was the remotes are absolutely worthless to every single TV in the house. A couple of little fix up jobs would do this house wonders. I would stay there again because there’s lots of room for people and they allow dogs.

Family trip
This was a great spot! Right on the beach, views of ocean on one end, views of the bay and bridge on the other. Fully stocked kitchen, and fully stocked linens! My only complaint is the French doors into one of the upstairs bedroom needed blinds.

Waldport beach house
It was nice. Very peaceful and a beautiful view. I should have researched mire before going as I took my 86yr old disabled mother. We had to carry her up the stairs along with her wheelchair. That was difficult. Also no fault of the rental agency but the main waterline burst across the street so we had no water for a day and a half. After it was restored we were on a boil notice.

Location great house …meh
The location in proximity to the beach was amazing. The hot tub, ping pong table and games were a perfect amenity. We did however find a lot of problems with the fact the house was freezing upon arrival. The furnace was not working and called several times to get help but got the runaround until finally someone showed up with space heaters. It was fixed the next day. There was not sufficient toilet paper for a house that sleeps 8. The master tub didn’t seal and hand sprayer leaked, lights were flickering in the kitchen, most utensils were falling apart, the room by the stairs blinds did not pull down. Both bathroom fans were broke. Hallway light was burnt out. If the cupboards were labeled it would be nice. The views and open kitchen and size of house were amazing! All beds were comfy and loved the extra linens and pillows. We really did enjoy our stay just needed some TLC and updates to make it 5 star.

Nearly perfection
If you want beach access and view, you can't find a better location that this! Right on the sand, and beautiful views from every angle, including to the east. This property is a quite dated, and some things are really showing their age. The living room furniture is WELL past its prime, and someone may actually hurt themselves on the arm rests, as there is no cushion left on them. However, the mattresses in the upper bedrooms are divine. An excellent upgrade. That said, the bedroom with glass doors does not have any sort of window covering for those doors, so no real privacy there. All in all, this place is a major winner, and I would gladly return at any time.

Great House-loved being so close to the beach
We stayed at this house for eight days in late July - early August 2021. We had three generations and there was plenty of room for everyone to do their own thing. We loved being able to cook together in huge kitchen and the views from the livingroom were spectacular. I would highly recommend this house

Terrific location on the beach; the cleaning staff should be commended for an outstanding job in advance of our arrival. The kitchen is large and well-stocked with all manner of pots, pans, gadgets, utensils and other necessaries. The house is very comfortable and commodious. We had a delightful stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. Beds super comfortable. Wonderful view and access to a peaceful beach. While some of the comments are true about limited seating for a big party the whole property was great for us! We would definitely return.

Easter weekend
This ocean front property was very nice. The large kitchen was great to prepare many meals for the 7 of us. Very peaceful and serene to watch the ocean from the living room. Would definitely stay again.

We saw a whale breach right from the living room window. Amazing view of stars in hot tub! Nice layout, older home but most everything you need. We read that seating was limited & I have a bad back so brought 2 sling chairs and they were perfect in front of the living room windows to watch surf. Thank you for a relaxing fun stay!

Space to spread out!
Plenty of room for two adults, 5 teens and the family dog! The hot tub was perfect after a cool dip in the ocean. The house wasn’t fancy but it was clean and comfortable.
